Fantastic hotel with great staff, the evening meal was excellent and very well placed out with vegetables, really good tasting food, my compliments to the chefs, Reduced with one star on cleanliness due to the basement was really dirty and you couldn't see the parking spaces,

Beautiful hotel - spacious rooms. Our rate included both dinner and breakfast, which made this a true bargain.

The free breakfast and dinner in this hotel are exceptional. Staff is very kind.

Very kind and professional receptionist and excellent check-in service. Dinner was allright but the breakfast wasn't appetizing due to ants in the milk and juice dispenser (ants left floating in the drink). The rooms were good and the parking was safe.

It was a long wait to check in because the receptionist was alone at the desk and was booking rooms with clients on the phone while we wait in line to check in.

Overall a good stay. Good and courteous service. The beds could be a tad more comfy (two singles pushed next to each other, but they easily moved apart when naturally moving in bed). Would also like to have the option to open the windows (which were sealed, the room being only controlled by AC).

Very good. I will only gave you lower scores in the service area because you do not clean the rooms daily for the guest staying several nights.

Great hotel and value for family. We had a big suite included dinner + breakfast, and with the awesome rooftop jacuzzi, it was an amazing stay for all of us.

Small double beds 140cm for a two adults. Dinner at arrival included on room price was nice.

Lovely quiet hotel. Facilities and food/drink were excellent. Good sized room with comfy double bed. Wet room type shower was very nice. The hot tub/sauna on the roof was worth the extra money as I split it with 5x other colleagues. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and central location. Difficult to park - hotel parking was full. Paid for a larger room, but the room we got was hot like an oven! On ground floor so could not open windows and AC did not work. Managed to switch to a room on the first floor, but then didn't get the 2 twin bed I had paid for. Great bfst buffet, and reasonable evening buffet.

The receptionis was very helpful and sorted out my schedule as my plan had changed around the number of nights I was planning to stay. The breakfast was great and the evening meal was a nice bonus.
