ホテルの設備はとても新しく、空港からは5、6分でとても便利です。空港バスは30分おきに出発します。フロントで事前に登録すれば、バスは早めに出発することもできます。 。フロントの対応はとても良かったです。6時20分に出発した車がちょうど10分に出発したところでした。ウェイターの方がすぐに車を呼び戻して連れて行ってくれました。ありがとうございました。

The staff at the hotel were friendly, the location was great, and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. Shuttle service is very convenient also.

When we got to our room, the sink was clogged and the sheets were dirty. Before we could settle in, we had to wait until the sink was fixed and the sheets were changed. Also, bugs kept crawling into the room. The staff however, were very helpful and the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle is very nice.

Main issue was front desk. There was no soap in our room. The front desk insisted that there was body wash in the shower but there was not. There desk didn’t have bars of soap available and we were told the housekeeper took the keys home. The evening shift said the morning shift would be able to help us but that also was not the case. The front desk needs to be prepared for such situations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baltimore BWI airport, and I must say, the cleanliness of the hotel surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the time I checked out, the dedication to cleanliness was evident in every corner of the hotel.

Very Nice Stay and Efforts of Staff.....very tasty breakfast. Housekeeping staff exceeded expectations and delivered requests quickly. My family and I would stay here again!

Some staffs are nice but many are rude and not nice especially night front desk staff. The first night I went there for questioning but she don’t even care am standing there waiting on her while she is her phone

Mr. Jamal the front desk agent in the AM was was warm welcoming, exciting to see while getting my breakfast. Hotel was clean, prepared and the bed was so soft... Thanks staff team for a great night stay!

We were there for four days and every evening when we returned there was no parking. You had to park on the street. I am handicap and there were no handicap parking as well. I really don't think I will be staying there again. Not at that location. As far as the cleanliness over all it was good.

The facility is great and very convenient but the front desk stuff can be a little more friendly and cordial. There was a fire alarm activated at midnight and the person at the front desk DID NOT SPEAK A WORD to let the anyone now what the situation was. Very unprofessional and zero customer service skills. Other than that the place was great

The directions I received from the front desk to pickup the shuttle from the airport were incorrect. I waited outside in 22 degree weather for a half hour. The ride from the airport to the hotel took 5 minutes. People were smoking in their room and set off the smoke alarm for the entire hotel at 12 midnight. It took the fire department 20 minutes to get to the hotel. It would be helpful if Travelocity could include the front desk number on the confirmation. It took me 15 minutes to find the hotel’s number.
