This hotel is very chic, the staff are very friendly, the hotel location (on the Rhein) is picturesque, the decor of the hotel ia soothing, the breakfast was delicious and sitting on the terrace overlooking the river, there are walking paths and places to walk the doggies close by. Ein Mal im Jahr habe ich beruflich auf der anderen Rheinseite zu tun. Da liegt dieses Hotel strategisch günstig für die Anreise am Vorabend. Schlappe 200 Meter zur Rheinfähre. Und auch sonst nur zu empfehlen. Großzügig geschnittene Zimmer, blitzsauber, ruhig und teils mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Vater Rhein, supernettes Personal, solides Frühstück.

Kamers waren zeer onhygiënisch. Overal vuil op de grond, babybed bevuild, ontbijt met gebruikte servetten in de broodmandjes, een uur lang moeten wachten op ons avondeten. Besproken met uitbaters. Sommigen eerder onvriendelijk, anderen luisterden maar geen bereidheid tot enige vorm van compensatie.
