Would never go back again, noisy, spider in the room, light cover broken, the whole place is breaking down, wow never seen anything like that in my life, regret why we booked there

새벽에 블루마운틴 근처 호텔을 찾다가 몇시간만 머물곳으로 선택했어요 유일하게 물을 준 호텔이지만 오래된 인테리어와 화장실 청소가 3성급인거 같아요, 직원분들은 친절했고 무료 주차 가능합니다, 니름 시내에 있어서 주위에 상점과 먹을곳이 많아요

Lithgow is a great area, my room was okay. No fan or air con in hot weather but I was able to open the window. Shared bathroom was clean. The old carpet has been through a lot and smells like it too.

They never enter into the room for house keeping after checked in. I used the same beddings and towels until checkout. Shower hot water temperature is unstable, sometimes gets hot or cold. The location is convenient. TV radio waves are unstable, image is noisy, often blackout because of weak signal. First day beddings were clean.

My wife and I were put up in a different room without a bay view that we had booked. In our room, we found a broken lamp shade, 1 broken ceiling light cover and 1 missing, broken antenna wall cover, broken wall light cover by the bed; mouldy bathroom cupboard, broken bathroom power point switch; too short curtain at the back window, only 1 tea spoon for 2 people, window screens with holes, no air-conditioner; and 1 open water bottle in the fridge.

With some simple bathroom repair and updated improvements this would increase satisfaction by another 2 stars. Chairs comfy, bed comfy and manchester spotless.

The property is dated The area outside the room was littered with cigarette butts and ashtrays The area near the beer garden had broken glass to add to the cigarette butts On the highway and close to the train line it’s noisy The staff on our first night Thursday were awesome friendly the food was great Second night Friday very quiet staff rude almost intimidating when we complained of the pizza not being hot and asked for refund which we DID NOT get lots of reasons why it was warm pizza oven not working properly etc but no apology this isn’t Domino’s Didn’t help that staff began clearing the table before I’d finished eating Raffle which we bought tickets in couldn’t hear the the numbers being drawn didn’t know it was drawn until the used raffle tickets were collected The room was basic clean the cups weren’t washed or replaced on the second day Tv was hit n miss

Was a bit nosy early in the morning with truck, stopping at the traffic lights

This is not a family friendly motel, not ideal for kids. The hotel pub next door was very noisy from music and people yelling outside. If you need a good nights rest and have to get up early don’t stay here!
