I was here for 4 nights… to have been in 3 rooms proves there’s something wrong. Worst hotel experience ever! My god, y’all need to send a good manager here. Customer service is HORRIBLE!
Upon arrival after traveling and working all day, I had to wait 45 minutes to check in. Mainly because people checking in before me kept coming back as they were assigned to rooms that already had patrons in them. I witnessed it multiple times. After my first room was musty-smelling and I woke up with some substance in the room leaking all over my foot and sock from the wet bed skirt, I was given keys to a new room for the following night. When I took my new key and moved to that room, it had a patron in it with a very scary pittbull that charged at me! Once I was put into a third room, there’s was used tissue with blood on it in the bathroom and hair in the bed. At that point I gave up and slept in the other bed. The next day I was called while working to find out why my stuff was still in the room. They admitted they checked me out prematurely, because a patron who left misspoke the number of their hotel room (mine) and the front desk had not confirmed said patrons last name, which was of course different than mine. So they thought I had checked out, which clearly was not accurate with my reservation. Additionally, the elevator call button was broken, meaning you had to just stand around and wait quite a while for it to make its way down. Do not stay here!
