Nice hotel . Breakfast was good room was clean

It was a great hotel. Breakfast was good!

The people when they were even at the front desk were so uninterested in helping, greeting, or trying at all. I hope I never have the misfortune of staying here again. The keys didn’t work each day which is annoying enough but the front desk would put out a sign that they’d be back and 15-20 minutes later someone would come from the back to reprogram the keys. Seriously!? I’d come back from work and have to wait 20 minutes to get into my room. One night I came back and the front door was locked and 3 guests were waiting outside and calling but no one came for 5 more minutes. Additionally, you have to request cleaning and even then two days no service. On the 3rd day I insisted and front desk was like well, you’re on the list but I don’t know. Absolutely no motivation or friendliness or effort. Dreadful.

Staff wasn’t friendly and made an error at check-in. Put us in the wrong room and then made me come down and wait while they “figured it out” Was told I didn’t even have a reservation even though I had confirmation emails and texts. Icing on the cake? Biggest roach I’ve ever seen was waiting on us right when we walked in our room. I have currently been double charged for the room, we shall see how that plays out.

I was here for 4 nights… to have been in 3 rooms proves there’s something wrong. Worst hotel experience ever! My god, y’all need to send a good manager here. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Upon arrival after traveling and working all day, I had to wait 45 minutes to check in. Mainly because people checking in before me kept coming back as they were assigned to rooms that already had patrons in them. I witnessed it multiple times. After my first room was musty-smelling and I woke up with some substance in the room leaking all over my foot and sock from the wet bed skirt, I was given keys to a new room for the following night. When I took my new key and moved to that room, it had a patron in it with a very scary pittbull that charged at me! Once I was put into a third room, there’s was used tissue with blood on it in the bathroom and hair in the bed. At that point I gave up and slept in the other bed. The next day I was called while working to find out why my stuff was still in the room. They admitted they checked me out prematurely, because a patron who left misspoke the number of their hotel room (mine) and the front desk had not confirmed said patrons last name, which was of course different than mine. So they thought I had checked out, which clearly was not accurate with my reservation. Additionally, the elevator call button was broken, meaning you had to just stand around and wait quite a while for it to make its way down. Do not stay here!

Terrible experience, elevator was broken, no internal stairwells somehow, smoke detector went off in the room next door twice for several hours before staff came, key cards entrance around the hotel was broken so anyone could walk into the courtyard and parking garage. Groups of youths walking around trying to intimate guests. Will never go back

I never leave reviews but there were so many issues. Not clean. Old and dated. Ran out of large towels. Ran out of shampoo and conditioner. Pool and gym both tiny. Rooms were supposed to have a sofa bed but they did not. Front desk staff were disinterested, unhelpful and unapologetic when we requested a room with sofa bed. Be warned that regular rooms will not have one as advertised. So many other chain hotels in the area so STAY AWAY.

Stopper in the shower was broken and rusted off. Elevator smelled of ****. It wqs very dark upon checking in and gentleman at the front desk was speaking just enough to give me information that we needed. The thing that was most disappointing was that my credit card was charged before I could even check in. Never heard of anything like that.

Hotel stay was great. Parking was $15.00 self parking behind the hotel. Breakfast is complimentary and it’s very good. Bed is comfortable, Jocelyn Jones at the front desk greeted us with. Big smile and was great to help with anything we needed even with where to have a great dinner. Highly recommend.
