このホテルでの滞在にとても満足しました。特に、家族と私は最終電車に乗り遅れて市内に残されたため残念でした。 スタッフはとても親切で、トラブルがあり状況を説明した後、エグゼクティブ スイートに無料でアップグレードしてもらえました。 部屋は本当に美しく、広々としていて、換気も良く、清潔でした。 タオルはとても柔らかく、家族で泊まるには十分すぎるほどありました。心地よいガウンとスリッパを用意してもらいました。 ベッドには追加の枕があり、とても快適でした。 バスルームのアメニティも最高でした。シャワールームは素晴らしいデザインで、照明もとても良かったです。 ロケーションは完璧で、リバプール ライム ストリート駅から徒歩 10 分以内でした。

サービスは良く、スタッフは親切で助かりました。 有名な場所に行くのに、バスでどこかに行くのに、ロケーションは本当に便利です。次回リバプールに行くときは、またこのホテルを選びます。

リバプールの中心部に位置し、食事やショッピングに最適です。ホテルには駐車場はありませんが、隣の Q Parks の駐車場のコードを入手できます。

Great location, if not for the victory parade, the room charge is quite at a high end.

I had a one night stay at Hanover Street L1 last night 27.5 and it was mostly really good - the room, cleanliness and breakfast and this made up for the problem I had using the swimming pool. I had booked this hotel because it has a pool but hadn't realised it was half term. Consequently, the pool was full of children the whole time I was there. I was only able to access the sauna and this is when I heard some kids laughing about making Sea Gas...a competition about who could fart most whilst underwater. Although I can see the humour in this, I did feel really disgusted and this confirmed that I could not use the pool at all, as well as the fact that it was constantly very loud and with no space to swim. This lack of access will very much affect my future plans to stay there, even if it were school term time, I wouldn't come there on a weekend for this reason.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to Liverpool One and Albert Dock.

Lovely hotel gorgeous food at ropewalks.Swimming pool nice and clean.Only downside was our rooms view was of a scaffolding multistorey carpark 😢😢

Okay stay. Room was tired and run down in places. Room was very warm, no aircon, and too much outside noise for windows to be open so room was too warm to sleep. Parking expensive £25 for 24 hours, there’s was a discount code in the lobby but couldn’t use it on departure which was annoying. Good breakfast. Swimming pool was freezing.

Excellent location, parking right beside it Liverpool one 3 minutes walk, lots of pubs and restaurants close by.

Had to book a 1/2 time slot to use pool. No play area for kids which was advertised on Web. Lack of staff which reflected low customer service. Great breakfast variety but lack of plates, bowls and glasses. Great location
