Front office was courteous and friendly. The hotel room left MUCH to be desired. The “closet “ consisted of three hooks on two doors. The air conditioner was worthless. The tub was covered with weird caulking marks. The bath mat was grungy and black with dirt; so bad that we all decided not to use the bath or shower for fear of catching an infection. They have a lot of gall calling it a home away from home, unless your home is a homeless encampment. We will never stay there again.

My room was missing a smoke detector which was shocking. There wasn’t even any trace of one ever located on the ceiling or wall. Shower stall was stained and no outlets on either side of the bed. Very underwhelming for the price.

Needed a reasonably priced place to stay for my final night in the area before heading back home. Every hotel in the Bozeman area is overpriced so I looked outside the city for a better deal. In the end I was glad to stay here since the lodgings were simple and the room was on the small side but the manager was very helpful and Livingston had a lovely small town vibe to it, especially the main street area with its quaint old stores.

Reserved large family room. Location is ok, near train yard. Adequate but shabby. Exposed wiring, worn steps, not totally clean corners, etc. Overpriced compared to other motels we stayed at during road trip. Pleasant staff and easy check in.

Nothing to like. Once client showed up to the property, she was told that they do not let "locals" book hotel rooms with them. This after the booking was made through ******* and now unsure if there will be a refund. HORRIBLE customer service. They should exclude themselves from booking sites such as ******* so that others do not get left in a terrible position of not having somewhere to stay -expecially after paying for it.

The place was relatively well kept outside. It is old school but nice. The service from Chris (the owner I think) was grand. Offered us the use of hid grill to cook our evening Brats. Room was spotless, the linens were fresh and clean, the room sealed fresh the moment walked in.

The owner here (Chris) and the housekeeping staff were so accommodating for us today. We had to check in early to get ready for a wedding in the late afternoon and he couldn't have been kinder. The world needs more people like the ones that work here!

If you don’t like trains rolling all night, then this place isn’t for you.
