Awesome place. Very attentive staff. Free transfer from the border. Tasty Indian food in the restaurant. The only bad point was WiFi which was problematic.

Lovely experience, afternoon manager (Dwayne) was expectation and very service minded and wonderful host The food was amazing and the service was top class. Will definitely recommend this place on any given day👌 very clean and very friendly stuff always available to help.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant service was slow but the food was good once it was served.

We came across this hotel, sort of by coincidence, as we needed a place for 7 seven people, and they could accomodate us. We had a great stay. First one night, then we were away one night before we came back. The luggage was safely stored while we were away (our laptops kept in their office), and the staff were extremely friendly and service minded. They would greet you with a big smile, remember your name, and go out of their way to make your stay great. We were given a later check-out, free airport shuttle and even free breakfast. The first impression of the reception made me think this was a bit run-down and old, but the rooms were surprisingly nice, modern and spacious. And the location is also good - although close to the main road, the room are at the back, so you do not hear any noise from there at night. The pool is also nice. To sum up: Do not hesitate to stay here if you ever go to Livingstone. The price is very good (especially the service!!) and you will definately get good value for your money!

We were immediately upgraded to a suite, at no extra charge. The suite had a large sitting room with armchairs to accommodate about 8 people; it had cupboards, TV & A/C. Attached to this was a small dining room with microwave, fridge, table & 6 chairs. The bedroom was large & comfortable with more cupboards, A/C & a 2nd TV. Bathroom was clean with hot water. Restaurant served good dinners. Hotel staff were kind & courteous. Good swimming pool. This hotel was cheaper & much better than the nearby Jollyboys Backpackers. We were kindly given a free taxi transport to the bus station in the early hours of the morning. Highly recommended.

The trip was incredible and our 2 nights in the Fairmount led us to reserve an additional night on the return from Botswana. Our room was fabulous and I can honestly say that I’ve never been treated so kindly by staff in all of my hotel stays in the past 58 years I’ve stayed in hotels. We had a wonderful time.

This hotel was everything we could have hoped for and more. Great location, had the family suit for 4 people and it was a great price, staff were very helpful and responsive, and great amenities on site we enjoyed such as the pool right out front of our room and the night club. Beautiful property. Would recommend for anyone!

Very nice hotel with really good food. Well trained staff, very pleasant and courteous service . Excellent value. Rooms are large and clean. Hot water and fast internet . Will come back

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated but seems to be well cared for. I didn't realize that the hotel seems to be catering to Indian guests, based upon the menu served in the restaurant and the Hindu meditation playing over the loudspeakers at 530 AM.
