Comfortable, but not business traveller friendly. The rooms are 'compact' and don't have a desk or anything where you can sit and use a laptop. There are only slim cupboards for clothes (where the hangars face you when you open the door), one shelf, no drawers and no space for an empty suitcase. Big TV.
Beds very comfortable, and rooms well sound proofed.
The business centre is two PCs on a table. No printer.
The gym is a collection of fitness equipment thrown into a corner on the mezzanine, next to the business centre, on a carpeted floor with no water, extra air conditioning or music system.
If you are a Hotels Gold member, you'll have to ask for your benefits - they aren't automatically given.
It is reasonably expensive, but so are most in this area. It is well located for the city center.
The breakfast buffet is very good, if a little chaotic at busy times.
