少し古めの建物ですが、水回りなどの設備には全く問題ありません。ヘアドライヤーや石鹸はあります。オーシャンビューの部屋を選んだので、景色も良かったです。ビーチや、丘の上まで行けるトラムの駅、M&Sやbootsなどの商業施設にも歩いて行けます。スタッフも親切な印象を受けました。

Bank holiday weekend visit and all I can say is thank you absolutely fantastic, all the staff are helpful and friendly, check in was seamless, the room was spotless well maintained and spacious with comfy beds, tea coffee facilities and on suite bathroom. We used the swimming pool which was perfect and very clean. The hotel is perfectly situated central to absolutely everything shops cafes etc and on the beachfront. Evening entertainment was good, bingo and singing. The food was faultless - breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, we also had dinner included - all I can say is WOW, dinner was incredible- 3 course meal, fabulous food and fabulous portion size. Best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in, thank you Marine Hotel and staff. I give our whole experience a 10/10 - you made our bank holiday weekend perfect thank you.

The staff were lovely, especially the front desk and the restaurant. The pool area looked a little odd but was pleasant to swim in. The exterior of the hotel is tired and is undergoing remedial works but the bedroom was well appointed with a good quality Hypnos mattress and fresh fluffy towels. The location is spot on. It was a good stay for two nights to explore the local area.

It was a great stay in terms of location, the Marine hotel is only 5 minutes' walk from Llandudno station, and the view from the hotel is fantastic. We planned to visit The Great Orme, and the tramway was only 15 to 20 minutes' walk from the hotel. Overall, the location is in the heart of the city, and the pier is very close by. The breakfast was very fresh, we had dinner for one day, which was very nice and substantial. Simply adding a few of my clicks for reference, it was an incredible experience overall. I truly love the items. Another interesting part of the hotel is it's hot water swimming pool. Also, they placed the Happy Birthday poster on our door at my request because it was my husband's Birthday. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would love to visit again.

Good value during non peak seasons. Very good location. Fair services. No secure storage for suitcases after checkout. Bed is not soft enough. Shower is good.

The service was really good. The breakfast was most enjoyable and there was plenty of choice and very helpful staff. Next time we hope to get a sea view room.

Very lovely hotel definitely worth the price we paid as everything is at the door stop beach , town centre food places and souvenir shops aswell as an activity centre just a 10 minutes walk! Lovely reception staff very well mannered and kind .

Very bad experience, the room was very dirty, they never changed the sheets and there are also animals called mites that bite you and don't look at you, a humid smell in the room, the toilet paper ran out, we went to ask for it and the receptionist made a face at us for asking for paper, how miserable the truth. When you walk through the hallways, the floor squeaks, it's very old, they should make improvements, I do not recommend this place Our stay was 4 days and they never cleaned the room, sad truth

It was really awful stay in my life. Ruins my 25th birthday. Makes me upset and stressed. Never go back again.

The room smelt like smoke, so I had to open the window for a long time. And the bathroom is too small for me. Anyway, the location and service of this hotel are actually good.

Bed sheets looked clean, but the carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed nor cleaned. You could clearly see crumbs scattered. Toilet was clean that was it.

The location was great, the room was huge and the staff upgraded our room for free!
