Very nice B&B, spotlessly clean and quiet with off road parking with free on street parking too. Run by a welcoming couple who let me check in early & only a short walk into town. Very good breakfast too which sets you up for the rest of the day. Excellent value for money.

This bed& breakfast is a hidden treasure as soon as you walk in your made to feel welcome room was spotless smelt fresh and bed is very comfortable breakfast was cooked to order all cooked to perfection lovely service would recommend and I’m definitely going to stay there again and location is perfect and parking was good

What can I say this is a Gem of a place. Booked through ******* for a night away with hubbie. Hosts were friendly and very welcoming and advised us of the best place to eat un town. Room was spotlessly clean and decorated very stylish. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was super delish. We will definately be booking again .

This guest house was in a fantastic location. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommended this guest house, as it’s central to all you need to see around north wales.

We have stayed in Llandudno several times but this guest house is by far the best!! Spotlessly clean, friendly and breakfast was cooked fresh to order. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, hairdryer, fan,heater if needed it’s just perfect. And car parking too ! Would definitely recommend 😊👍

Neal and Debbie are the beat hosts by far,very friendly,warm and welcoming... The bed is the best ive slept in in a b n b the place was spotless,nicely decorated and the shower was spot on,lovely quiet street just a short walk from pubs,eateries and the main promenade,beach and amusements Would stay again without a doubt

What you want from a small family guest house. Immaculately clean, comfortable, quiet and well run. A decent size room equipped with TV, WiFi, tea and coffee facilities and toiletries. In our unusual hot weather even a tower a/c room cooler. Breakfast was excellent. A choice of cereals and fruit juice, tea or coffee with toast and full English breakfast. And it is full, more than enough even with omitting a few items of the choice. A great start to the day.
