The only slight drawback was the parking, which is too small, so you have to leave your keys so they can move your car. We had a lovely stay."

"Is this a very charming hotel. The back patio with his terraced garden is a wonderful place to sit with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The rooms decor are cute and very tasteful. The staff is so pleasant and so accommodating it is located a block and a half off of the lake and has beautiful views of the volcano. It is very quiet. They have several room type options that work well for more than couples. The breakfast is very good! A comfortable sitting couches in the common area we sat at in the later evening. It is an older building so it does have its creaks but every else is so great you don’t pay attention. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff is."

"The domes are simply beautiful, clean and surrounded by trees and vegetation. However, during our stay it was not satisfactory because the tenant began to add conditions that were not stated in their terms and conditions. For example, you cannot invite anyone with an agenda to the premises, and they lock the exit gate with a padlock at night, which makes it difficult to leave even for emergencies."

The location is truly spectacular, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, and the hotel’s architecture blends beautifully with the landscape. Our Superior Room was very comfortable, elegant, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the quality of the service. The entire staff was warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with every detail. The gastronomy was also excellent, with delicious food, careful presentation, and a very high standard throughout our stay. Overall, Hotel AWA offers a memorable experience, combining nature, design, comfort, outstanding service, and exceptional cuisine. Highly recommended."

He was, throughout breakfast, helpful in seeing that we were settled in, parked safely, slept well, and were happy w/ breakfast (which is more than adequate). Rooms are spartan but adequate (have a TV, though). Garden is nice and private and there WAS a sitting room if room size is daunting. Easy walk to everything once parked. Quiet."
