On arrival at 3am the security guard said I know you have booked 3 apartments but we have given you 2 I said that is not what I booked and his response was this cannot be rectified until tomorrow when reception staff are there so 3 members of our party had nowhere to sleep. Then spent the whole day the next day waiting for our 3rd room so a day of our holiday was wasted sitting in reception. The staff are rude especially the manager. The resort is not disabled friendly at all . No entertainment and the minibus that takes you to sea front only seats 8 so constantly have to wait around for that. It’s a fight to get a sun lounger so get to pool early if you still chooses to stay at this hotel . The food was quite nice but pricey

absolutely awful. If I could give 0 I would. When we arrived the receptionist was so unbelievably rude. We paid extra for early flights and when arrived told we cannot check in till 3pm. The room is basic, cabinet skirts falling off, table chipped etc. on advertisement it says there’s flat screen tv and daily room cleaning when there definitely is not. It offers an hourly shuttle bus but only down to supermarket or beach. This bus is so unreliable and horrendous it only has 8 spare seats and is never on time. We were waiting at beach for 45 minutes and had to walk up the massive hill with our screaming children. They also will only do 2 trips so if there are people infront of you, you will have to walk. They also said this bus is mandatory but when we brought it up with receptionist she told us we should be glad that they offer it. We paid for Mountain View when there is not. The balcony is awful and you will definitely not get a full night sleep when you can hear everything everyone is getting up to in the night and waking my children up. Overall outrageous.

Lovely stay here, apartments are big/spacious & equipped for all you need. Balcony included overlooking the pools. Perfect for families. The only downfall is its right on top of the biggest hill ever & your in the middle of nowhere. Although the shuttle bus they put on does take you to the town centre.

Fantastic place and staff. Rooms were clean and had everything needed. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond. It is a 15 minute walk into the centre but they do offer an hourly shuttle bus which drops you off and picks you up. We were very happy with our stay.

Excellent accommodation ,beds comfortable and plenty of pillows. Lovely views. Clean accommodation and complex 👌. Staff friendly and professional. Highly recommended. Good karaoke night. Food at the bar excellent 👌

What an awesome place to stay. No issues at all, had an amazing holiday and had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. It is gas hob in kitchen, no cooker. we found this to be good to cook with. No issues. The pool and restaurant is lovely and secluded. We hired car so didn't need to use the bus but we did see it driving people around. Parking was good. We had the best sleep every night. The staff were amazing. Will definitely return

Where do I start?…… I think I’d happily start by honestly saying this has been a fantastic holiday! Nothing wrong with our stay at all, our genuine only gripe was with the utter useless transport from the airport to els Llorers but that’s aside. When we eventually arrived at the hotel/ apartments we was greeted by a very polite man at the reception desk, he explained everything very well and where things would be and guided us to our room and the lift very well. We had to pay a €50 deposit and a €15 tax however the deposit we got back the day we checked out. Our room was very well sized and had a lovely balcony and sea view. The kitchen area was ample big enough and well equipped. The shower was amazing and very roomy. We stayed in the black with the swimming pool behind, we did venture to that pool one morning however at this time of year we was told that pools slide was turned off. This didn’t bother us as we was around the big pool and children’s pool most of the time every other day. The kids pool, this was a brilliantly clean and enjoyable pool for our boys, (5,2) they both thoroughly enjoyed it and had hours of fun splashing about and making memories. The slides are great and the big bucket that tips was very fun. The park area, very clean and the children from all ages all used it and seemed to be having a great time playing on it. The bar area was a nice touch as they provided a wide range of foods and drinks and the bar staff are amazing! I can’t remember all their names however one stood out in particular Aaron I think his name was but he went above and beyond most times he was working! The food also was delicious and very reasonably priced. About a 10 minute walk away was a supermarket and they had whatever you could have needed and for not that badly priced either. We would very much recommend this little gem and would 100% come back!

Arrived at the hotel to be told I had to pay a 50€ deposit otherwise I could not stay at the apartments. On check out, I was told this would be refunded and in my bank account within 2 working days. It is 2 weeks later and I am still chasing the hotel for my refund, despite numerous emails which have been ignored. On another note, the ‘sea view’ which I paid for was blocked by trees and we could not actually see any part of the sea. The breakfast was basic and served on top of a pool table. The most misleading thing of all was the website stating they offer a free shuttle bus/taxi service - implying this was unlimited and could take us to a desired destination within reason. This was not the case - it was a large seated van which could accommodate 8 people. This service ran on the hour between 10am - 6pm. This never left on time (once being 35 minutes late as the maintenance guy ‘forgot’), and visitors had to sit on eachother’s laps to fit in - otherwise we had to pay for a taxi or wait for the next hourly trip. They also wouldn’t take us anywhere but the beach or supermarket on route. If you wanted to go anywhere else, you had to pay for a taxi. Overall, the room and breakfast was average. Customer service was very poor. If you are looking for a basic holiday where you do not leave the accommodation, this would be suitable. However, if you are looking to explore the city then I would not recommend this place unless you are willing to spend lots of extra cash on travel.

Brilliant hotel for price paid. The size of the hotel was about right for us, not too busy nor too quiet. Lots of families and children around so not recommended for you if you don't have kiddies. The pool area was the best part and the kids loved it. Rooms were clean and modern. Quick tip is a coach can't fit up the road next to the hotel to drop you off so you will be dropped at bottom of hill. The walk into town was fine but there is also a free shuttle every hour instead if you dont fancy it, inly takes around 15 mins to walk. There was also some entertainment on a few evenings which was unexpected. Overall, a great place to stay and for the price paid for 6 of us we are looking to go back next year which we haven't ever done before so really shows what we thought of the place. Great stuff.
