Superb. The closest hotel to the sea I've ever been. Wonderful

説實話一般，攜程上面basic的房型非常差，位置像給員工住的，就在reception後面，衹好加錢換了房間，一個房間一天70歐。還衹能是sideview的海景，這個價格去其他酒店海景房不好嗎…

非常適合親子出遊，雖然再島北部，可能不是最火的地段，但人不少好吃的也不少，早餐贊。

Positives - - kids club very good. Thanks to Tove and crew for making kids so welcome. - staff very nice. Especially Lukas in entertainment and Jaime in bar who go out of their way to make your experience special - location on beautiful calm beach which is very safe for kids and gives some Caribbean beaches a run for their money - everything very clean and new - out of high season no problem with gettin sunbeds or tables etc - food for all inclusive excellent standard with good selection and catering for all diets - no problems with loud or disruptive guests here, nice mix of families - old town and port are beautiful (12 euro taxi ride ) Negatives - no outdoor area to eat breakfast or dinner which is very disappointing as the dining room is noisy with no music - no poolside activities during day like you would get in other hotels like Zumba etc - pools aren’t heated. Only heated pool is indoor which nobody on holidays wants. Kids were very disappointed. Could use kids pool with slides etc next door (Iberostar 4 star) but couldn’t use their all inclusive bar there which was a pain and not facilitating a practical solution for where to position yourself for the day with kids . I asked management to come back to me on this on day 1 and they never did. - have to pay for sun loungers on beach although it is beautiful, again you’d think with 5 star on the beach they’d have some loungers for guests - entertainment is ok but geared towards kids lots of magic etc (3 magics this week!) - no nice lobby or bar / lounge with music etc as you’d find in other 5 stars. Just a clinical conference type room with a bar and no a**osphere There are very few Irish and no English people here (early May low season). This is not a positive or negative but just FYI! Kids perhaps didn’t make usual gang of friends as in other places where lots of English speaking kids We stayed in Iberostar Alcudia Park 4 star last year and had all the same positives really with more kids slides and pool etc so while I would return to beautiful Muro would not necessarily fork out for this hotel again- no huge difference in quality

Supernice kidsclub! Roby, Itor and David are a great team! Even though my kids don’t speak English or German this wasn’t any barrier for them at all! My kids had the best time of their lives here! And because they were happy mom and dad were able to really relax as well! Amazing food, services and extremely nice hospitality team!

The room was quiet and very clean. We have always found helpful staff whenever needed. The restaurant was never crowded and quality of food was as per our expectations- delicious. Our son loved the children‘s place very much - especially Roby, Heitor, David and Lucas.

Wonderful service and food! Hospitality level has been astonishing! Thank you for having us dor the great dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Pools and area around looks fantastic. Looking forward to see it when weather improves soon!!!

Very average hotel that disguises itself as a luxury hotel They will try and make you take the All Inclusive full board option. They will charge you all meals per person regardless of whether you eat less and bring a guest for just one meal. Management Team were not interested in putting their guests first. They seem to have an EasyJet… cheap but pay for every option mentality. If you choose to stay at the hotel because there is no other option, be aware that the value for what you pay is super poor. it’s just too expensive for what they provide.
