酒店是19世紀的古堡而建，非常漂亮， 隨便一個角落都很有特色，美麗舒適的環境。設施都非常棒！價格合適，員工態度非常好 酒店地理位置很偏，也沒有接駁巴士服務，沒有開車的就不推薦入住了。要不然交通費太昂貴 早餐晚餐都很好，就是員工人數似乎不夠，總是需要等待 但他們態度是很好的 有網球場，2個游泳池，健身房，Bar, Spa，適合遠離喧嘩的市區staycation

This has been the second time visiting this beautiful site. We’re fans of the Zoetry & Hyatt brand and were delighted on our first visit with a proper Zoetry hotel in Europe. Not this time around though. Everything what makes Zoetry the experience worth the ‘high’ price point has been removed from the hotels offering. Even though stated on the website, you now can no longer have international liquor, you can no longer do a late/early check in, you can no longer avoid buffets and get quality gourmet food, you can no longer get included room service. This isn’t Zoetry and you shouldn’t be paying for it to be a Zoetry. We’ve gone through it all with a new disappointment each day. On our first day our room wasn’t ready till 17:00. On our second day we learned we weren’t entitled anymore to premium drinks despite being said so on their own website. On our third day we’ve waited 4 hours on our 3 course meal. On our fourth day they decided to host a buffet. On our last day, we weren’t allowed a late checkout unless we paid €60 for it despite their website claiming its complementary. Next to the offering this year being ridiculously poor, the hotel is severely understaffed. Or perhaps; staffed with the wrong type of staff. There are honestly plenty of staff members but there is no structure in their F&B outlets. Even in simpler bars they manage to do this right, train your staff better, implement work structure so staff isn’t running around clueless and for the love of all, teach them basic English!

After visiting last year and being very impressed, our group of four girls rebooked for this year. Both years we booked the endless privileges package. We don’t drink much but last year it seemed good value. Not so much this year. There was no early check in, despite the hotel being 60% full, only one room was allowed a late check out and only 2 hours. Unfortunately the quality of the food had significantly decreased and the hotel seemed understaffed. There were huge wait times for simple things (eg 45 minutes for a mint tea - just an teabag and water) and although the staff were generally friendly they weren’t very accommodating and gave the impression we were an inconvenience. One evening we only had the option of a very underwhelming buffet meal, where we had to hunt down staff to order a drink. Room service didn’t answer the phone. We were also told that even though room service was supposed to be included, we would be charged the 8 euro tray fee. It was fine but whilst the venue is stunning it was not 5* service or food as we experienced last year.

The buildings and grounds are gorgeous! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The food was delicious and we had a gluten allergy in our group who never got sick….and never got hungry with all the gf options . The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back to Zoetry with our family again soon.

Lovely quiet stay. Brilliant place to unwind. Food very good & staff are friendly & helpful. We stayed 3 nights & felt very relaxed. It didn’t get a full 5 stars as the area outside are room was quite strange - an area of outdoor loungers but it looked rather neglected & we couldn’t work out the idea behind it!

The room was amazing, possible the best we have ever stayed in, the buildings and the settings were superb. The reception and Management Team that met our group were lovely and friendly The family pool was ok, nothing special but the staff serving at the bar, when they felt like serving were awful, slow, rude to the point of ignorance, chatting with each other while we stood at the bar waiting to ask for a drink. Ours was a large group, 25 in total, so for evening food it was arranged for a set menu, that worked with four choices of main, a starter and a pudding, the food was ok, average certainly “certainly nothing to write home about”, but ok. The staff were hit and miss apart from one particular waiter, who was excellent I’m only sorry I did not catch his name, but the drink orders were often wrong or we were made to wait a long time or in some cases didn’t get them at all! The setting and choice for breakfast was excellent but again let down badly by the staff, there was one younger member of staff who was good but again, for such an exclusive hotel the rest were dreadful, once again ordered breakfasts from the menu were often wrong, took a very long time to come or didn’t come at all, very frustrating and disappointing. As said the hotel is stunning but would I go back, no, not with the current staffing levels, such a shame.

Service at breakfast and mealtimes was not good - waiting 30 minutes for coffee. No sign of Manager checking on guests. The staff overworked and seemed chaotic

On arrival the first impressions were ‘wow’ this place is amazing ! We felt very special, lovely welcome at reception & very attentive staff. Unfortunately as the week progressed the service declined. The restaurant staff were so busy & on some occasions appeared to actively ignore us. The service particularly at breakfast was very slow, although the food was hot ! At the evening service the food was tasty but cold / lukewarm. As someone else mentioned there is inconsistency from the app & the real offer. This hotel is a really beautiful venue, in the middle of countryside so there is no easy option to eat elsewhere. I think if you could just increase the number of servers that you have it would improve the overall experience. Our room was nice although the air con did not work & the overhead shower would not stay on. A few details that really need fixing. All of our transfers from airport etc were on time & well organised (TUI). I hope this feedback is useful as you really only need to pay attention to the finer details & employ a couple more people for a 5 star review.

Recent stay at this fabulous historic hotel. Great reception team, great room albeit we had issues with the air con and mini bar (it was warm not cold). Overall facilities great, spa, pools etc. The only downside was the dining experience that was a little chaotic. The staff worked hard but were slow taking orders, getting the orders right and the inconsistency between the printed orders and the menus on the companies App do make things rather confusing. This needs to be reviewed and consistency applied. This was the main downside of our stay.
