Hotel appears to be relatively new and was clean. Disappointing to see what appeared to be a water leak that occurred in the ceiling in the room this new hotel that has not been repaired. The front desk was not particularly friendly, and had a countenance on her face that indicated she had little desire to be there. In her defense, did she have anyone in management to support her if she has to take a phone call to schedule a reservation while two people are physically waiting in line to check in? Nevertheless, a greeting, and “I will be with you in a minute”, perhaps even a smile, would’ve made check-in more pleasant. Please also increase the water temperature. After running the shower for five minutes, the water temperature was warm at best.
