The room was pretty clean, except the pull out couch was gross and obviously hadn’t been cleaned. The worst part was the breakfast. Supposed to be served until 9. When we got there at 8:20 there was no more gravy, 1 serving of eggs, and 1 biscuit. When I asked about replenishment I was told there wouldn’t be anymore put out. Then my kids waited in line for 30 mins for waffles - there is 1 waffle maker - when it was finally their turn there was only 3/4 of a serving left of the regular mix. I asked if there was anymore regular waffle mix - and was told by the VERY RUDE worker that breakfast was over so he wasn’t putting more out. He hadn’t replenished anything at all since we had been there. I told him my children had been waiting for 30 mins. He said it didn’t matter and nothing else would be put out. Then he came and angrily slammed both of the waffle mixes out of the machine and took them to clean them out - there was still mix in the red velvet waffle flavor. I was left standing there with 3 kids and 3/4 of a waffle after waiting for 30 mins! There were also people behind us! I went and told the manager what happened and she forced him to put more mix in - which he did by coming out and slamming it in place. There were only 3 small syrups left. My kids used them. The people behind us asked him for syrup and he refused to give them any. It was the worst customer service experience I think I’ve ever had at a hotel. The manager was nice but that guy needs to be fired.
