Magnífico hotel.

Sin restaurante. Imagino que por el COVID (excusa para todo). Habitación para 1 con 3 camas (quiero pensar que no había más habitaciones).

Superb location near the town centre. The tapas are amazing. The old town itself is well worth a visit. The front desk was very helpful. Good secure underground car park. Room was good and clean with an excellent shower.

Very convenient location in the city centre near all major attractions. Excellent staff.

We had reserved a suite but Reservations made a mistake and the suite was taken when we arrived. The gentleman at the front desk, maybe the manager, offered us a family room and that worked perfectly for us. He was very helpful, I wish I had taken his name to commend him. The rest of the front staff were ok, but appeared to be a bit overwhelmed. The staff at the restaurant were very good and attentive. Our room was very spacious and having a separate sitting area and two full bathrooms was great. The location is off the main avenue, within walking distance of the old town with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around. The hotel appears to cater to businesses travelers but is hard to tell as we were there on a Saturday. The decor in the lobby and restaurant are a little dated, but the room and bathrooms were modern and well appointed with nice, sleek furniture and soothing lighting. Good selection of breakfast items and they continuously replenished the buffet. We would stay here again if in Logroño, specially if we could get the same room.

We have visited 21 cities in Spain and we would rate the Tapas and wine selection in the bars in the bottom 3. Sunday is definitely not the day to arrive into Logrono. The hotel was very good but skeleton staff meaning no room service or bar being open was a small issue for us. The receptionist although polite did not know the area and could not recommend a good restaurant. Logrono was very disappointing as definitely not an area of the best tapas in Spain as claimed. You will not see red wine being drunk in the bars as it is the cheapest and worst of Rioja they stock. The city lacks energy and didn’t really feel this is a place ready to accept tourists. The hotel room was fabulous- spacious and clean. Breakfast good. Parking for oversized vehicles are off site at a free car park a few minutes away. We will come back as after reading so many good things, must have missed something?? Location of hotel excellent. On arrival we were greeted by the friendliest of front desk staff who assisted us with car parking and storing our bags till we could check in. When we returned early we were again greeted by name and checked in. The room was clean and modern and a nice space to be in, if you have two large cases you have to be smart to maximise floor space as they aren’t the largest of rooms. We enjoyed the proximity to the old town and thought it was good value. I would use the valet to retrieve and park your car if driving as the underground parking is really tight for a larger vehicle. Fantastic three night stay and would stay again.

Helpful, efficient and friendly reception staff. Hotel in the Camino course. Room spacious, clean, well staffed. A/C not cold enough. Close to old told, very good supermarket beside the hotel. Got quiet room facing back.

Excellent location in the heart of Logroño.Rooms are bigger than average. Very kindly allowed us to check in earlier than planned. Hotel bar & restaurant closed, not a problem but we were not informed of this prior to arrival. No prices in room for mini bar, 1 very small bottle le of coke was €4. Very minor point but this was double the price of any other hotels on our trip which was disappointing especially considering the bar was closed
