Hotel pulito e moderno in una posizione perfetta, personale molto gentile, perfetta pulizia e ottima colazione. Eravamo di arrivo dal porto di lombok diretti al porto di Bangsal per le isole Gili visto che le barche si fermano alle ore 16 dovevano cercare posto per passare la notte ed è risultato un'ottima scelta

Lombok foi um dos locais escolhidos por nós para passarmos 5 dias, durante a nossa recente viagem pela Indonésia. O Sheraton Senggigi foi o resort onde ficámos. É uma propriedade que se localiza junto à praia, no meio de vegetação luxuriante. Apesar das infra-estruturas do resort estarem muito usadas e com decoração antiga, o enquadramento cénico é único e, nem que seja só por isso, vale a pena conhecê-lo. O resort fica a 1 hora, de táxi, do aeroporto e como tivémos problemas com uma das malas que não apareceu (deficiente serviço da Super Air Jet), fizémos um check in tardio. Vínhamos com fome, mas percebemos que a cozinha da propriedade encerra às 22:30 e a partir dessa hora não há possibilidade de ter aqui uma refeição. A alternativa foi pedir comida de um restaurante de fora do hotel, através da App Grab. O check in foi feito com simpatia, o nosso estatuto Titanium foi reconhecido, fomos acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma suite (#5348). Esta era bastante antiga, embora espaçosa, com quarto separado da sala. Infelizmente, começou a chover bastante e começou a haver água a cair do teto da casa de banho. Assim, no dia seguinte mudaram-nos para outra suite (#6152). Esta estava renovada, com algum cheiro a mofo, mas como havia um ambientador perfumante, o cheiro tornava-se menos desagradável. Tinha também sala e quarto separados, vários sofás para podermos relaxar, uma pequena mesa e duas televisões. A cama King era confortável, o AC funcionou adequadamente e havia café e água gratuitos, repostos diariamente. A casa de banho era ampla com um lavabo, banheira e duche separados. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown, fez um trabalho eficiente. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído na tarifa, diariamente, e este disponibilizou uma variedade regular de opções. Também fizemos as principais refeições no resort e a comida servida foi de boa qualidade. A lista dos vinhos era limitada e mesmo dos que constavam, a maioria estava esgotada. De notar que os membros Elite tinham 20% de desconto nas despesas de restauração. O staff do hotel foi acolhedor, simpático e solícito. Mas, na realidade, o que nos surpreendeu foi a beleza e o envolvimento do local onde está implantado o resort: vegetação luxuriante, jardins extremamente bem cuidados, decorado com inúmeras estatuetas, algo místicas, piscina também com decoração a condizer, contribuindo para o misticismo do lugar. A praia de areia preta, vulcânica, é banhada por mar calmo e tépido, embora a cor da água seja escura e não das mais atrativas. Sem dúvida, que o grande trunfo da propriedade são os seus exteriores que, embora antigos, lhe impregnam um ar misterioso, de santuário perdido no meio da selva. É verdade que o resort necessita de obras de renovação urgentes nalguns locais, mas esperamos que os proprietários, quando as fizerem, preservem os exteriores tal como estão. A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service.
Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel.
As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me.
Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard.
The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

We had an incredible stay at Meno Island Villas! We had the 2-bedroom, private pool villa and stayed for almost a week. 'Google', Din, Yan, and As were awesome hosts, super friendly and always smiling, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and fun. Our rooms were very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved using our private pool 3/4 times per day. We also had breakfast included each morning, with a good menu to choose from. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and the guys went out of their way to not let me forget it! They also catered to our every need, helping us carry our bags, ordering and delivering food like 'room service' from across the island, a never-ending supply of Bintangs, helping us get the best prices on tours, the service was better than I would expect at home. Could not be more complimentary!! In terms of location, getting around Gili Meno was easy, we walked everywhere (but you can take a horse and cart). You can also rent a bike, but be warned, some areas (particularly on the tracks closest to the ocean) are very sandy, so you would have to get off and walk those, but the further inland you go the more ridable the tracks. Meno Island Villas is pretty much in the centre of the island, so its close to everything. It's roughly 10mins walk to the west coast where the best snorkelling spots are (statues and turtles) as well as all the good bars/restaurants on the island. It's maybe 12mins walk the other way to the east coast where the port is, and probably 15mins to the top of the island where the best sunrise/sunset is. We explored Gili Air and Gili Trawangan on day trips as well which 'Google' helped us organise, and these were very enjoyable, I'd highly recommend going to both of them too. Gili Meno is definitely the quietest of the 3 islands (particularly during the evenings) if that is what you're after, but the snorkelling spots are PACKED during the day. A local described the islands as Meno is the honeymoon island, Trawangan is the party island and Air is the mushroom island! Getting between the islands is very easy. I suggest approaching people directly yourself though, don't go through the shuttle companies and pay 450pp, we averaged 250 for 4 people on private boats, so you can definitely negotiate pretty heavily. In the end, we had an amazing time, filled with great memories and we didn't want to leave!

CChenBuyuI want to say positive experience first. The on site restaurant is delicious and some speciality food that no matter you just land in Lombok or about to leave should give it a try. The beef soup is superb. The staff is very friendly. There's a huge dining / common area at the second floor which a plus for anyone wants to spend a bit time outside of the room.
However, staff couldn't give me straight answers such as how to get to the airport nor if I can check out late. I think being named ”Airport” hotel, such request should be common. Further, there is no hot water and my room was windowless. This wasn't obvious in the booking and during my month long travel in Indonesia I typically assume such amenity exists by default. I think the hotel should make it obvious given the location is next to an International Airport. Finally, the AC is very loud in the room. The cleanliness seems a bit lacking in the toilet. My toilet door wasn't able to close properly.
I came to visit during Ramadan so breakfast wasn't available. I wish staff would have made it known in advance thus I'd prepare breakfast another way. (Perhaps a packaged breakfast for non-fasting guests would be a really gesture if kitchen has to be closed)
