Another wonderful stay - highly recommended

Stayed here to attend Graspop festival in a VIP cottage. The cottage was fairly well equipped but there was only one loo roll for a week and very thin towels which didn't dry at all in the humidity, so they became pretty horrible very quickly. No bathmat is provided so the bathroom floor got very wet and slippery. It was very hot but no fans were available, there is no air conditioning and the windows only open a small amount, the inside of the cottage was 28-30 degrees. I also didn't like that the separate toilet had no basin for hand washing. And we couldn't use the outside space at all because everything was crawling with thousands of ants. So not exactly VIP... Our cottage was quite a long walk from the entrance and the street lights were not always working so bring a torch. We ate at the pizza place and the Grand Cafe and the food was okay, but the Fonkeling restaurant was awful. The shop was fairly well stocked and had good bread and pastries. Not all activities were available but we especially enjoyed the quiz and mini-golf and it was nice to cool off in the pool. We travelled by train and some information about how to get a taxi from the station would have been useful. We waited more than an hour after calling several companies that didn't answer. A bus turned up but drove off without letting anyone on. So factor in some possible delays if you're not Belgian and don't understand how public transport works! Overall, would I come back? Possibly, but only if I drive and can bring a load of things with me.

Amaizing place, lovely staff, I will definitely go back. There is so much to enjoy as an adult and especially for kids.

Excellent centre parc. Beautiful grounds with lakes, an amazing water park, helpful staff. More included evening entertainment would be suggested, as well as better promotion of included activities and better signposting and maps of the nature trail.

Really recommend for all families, the welcome, staff, cabins and the site itself were great, really friendly, clean and well run. The activities were well priced (we’d never have done as many in the UK due to price) and were fun, lots of variety and the lake with beaches was a great addition! Paddleboarding and waterskiing were highlights! We will definitely do another European center parcs if they are all like this, really recommend!

What an amazing place. Went with my husband and 3 boys aged 13, 11 and 11. There was so much to do for them and the prices were so much cheaper than the UK equivalent. The inflatable aqua park was amazing and cost €15 each for an hour. They also went on the banana boat. The aqua mundo area was fab with lots of different slides and a fantastic rapids. Food is very expensive, but good. There is also an amazing pirate play factory which even my boys loved exploring and just reminded me of the Goonies!! Bonus is that it's fairly flat too!! Can't wait to book again and stay longer!
