The stay was pleasant. The hotel is nicely located with an awesome view from most of the delux rooms. The staff is helpful and kind. We were lucky to get a complementary upgrade. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for budget hotel yet with luxury.

Wonderful service and ambience. I loved the stay experience and the food was also great. The staffs were very sweet and supportive. Over all i had a nice and a very relaxing stay at the Regenta SGS Greenotel in lonavala. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stay was very good. Luxurious lobby, clean aesthetic and hygenic rooms. Had a great time in infinity pool. Lot of games to play in game zone, although some of them were paid which I guess could be given as complementary. Food and the buffet spread was delicious. Service by Biru was fantastic!!

The ambience of the restaurant is absolutely stunning and the customer service just as good,especially Santu, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Loved the experience and the food as well. Definitely recommend.

The vibes as soon as we entered were superb. Enjoyed each and every service from food, games, swimming to room services like bed, washroom & bathing. Also the staff was very polite & helpful. It was just so amazing to spend 2 days here. Reference : Yogesh Bhardwaj
