There was hair in the sink upon arrival :( also in the middle of the night the smoke and co2 detector started beeping at 4am we went to guest services and he pulled it off the wall.  So then we had no detector.  We then asked for mo ey back the next morning because it was a 200 a night charge when the same rooms were 100 a night and the staff were not helpful.  Very upset and we are new members.

Close to airport, standard best Western room, bed is comfortable, carpet needed clean

Pool was great, a bit cold though. Breakfast was good. Bed was creaking every time we moved and not very comfortable this time. Last stay the bed was amazing. Not a good night.

Easy stop over while transiting between London and next flight. Shuttle was very helpful and convenient.

前台服務員态度笑容和态度很好！房間算整潔，床墊硬度適中！只是洗手間有些似是有些小異味..。但总体还可以.
