My son and I stayed here recently and loved this place. It was very affordable the rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable as well. We really liked the pool. We had so much fun just the 2 of us for a short getaway. We decided that anytime we’re in London, this is we’re we are staying. We will be back.

We arrived and checked in and first power went out , then we had no tv for 5-6

Convenient location, nice pool

Just would have liked to know prior to arriving that the pool temp couldn't be controlled (no heat in the pool) Otherwise fine overall for the price. Man at front desk was nice.

Pool was extremely cold. Paul in the restaurant was amazing and food was great too with good prices. Rooms were on the smaller size but okay for the price point.

Bed and linen was new and good quality. Room was clean and smelled good.

Very decent hotel for the awesome price. Room was large and basically comfortable, no bells no whistles… tv was small and fuzzy reception…if you want a room in London around 100$ I would stay here because I’ve stayed in all the $100 hotels there and they are horrible! The Ramada is not!

USB port in my room didnt work. I informed the front desk and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked for another USB hub or something to charge my devices. They could not provide one..

Room was nice, but had a smell when you first walk in. Staff was friendly and pool was a nice convenience.

Pleasant greeting by the desk clerk. We were promptly given a new room when the first was unsatisfactory. The hotel is in a general state of needing an update, but was fine for a short, budget family stay. Check out was a breeze.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were decent, biggest issue was that the walls are paper thin. Whoever was staying in the room next to 250 on December 21st, please get checked for sleep apnea.
