The first room was honestly depressing; no couch, the TV was maybe 32" which was mounted on the wall way too far in the corner of the room, and the bed was supposed to be a "queen", this was honestly the smallest queen bed I have ever seen. The second room was a little better but the first night the heater squealed all night which was replaced by maintenance with a space heater, the carpet in the hallway and the room was dirty and lifting as well as frayed. The hair dryer was missing the protective cover on the back and almost cut my finger. The 2nd night my room key didn't work, housekeeping didn't bother giving me fresh wash cloths, just took the old ones and left me with nothing. I found a bum wandering the halls. And the fridge would freeze my food. There was only 1 coat hanger which was locked to the hanging rod and the room locks looked like the door was kicked in and they glued them back in place. Honestly this was the worst hotel I stayed in. I'm NEVER coming back. Please see the attached pictures.

I took my kids to the hotel for a treat to get together and right in my hallway at 4am we got woken up by yelling and screaming they did kick them out but I was nervous and to he woken up like that was not necessary and when I told the front desk people they just said o they left but still it was not enjoyable and to get nothing for compensation I paid my money to go have a good night and that was not a good time I thought they could of said o come back on us or give me half off the next room something would of been appreciated

The service was on point, nice fast check-in. The room's bed was quite comfortable and the room was spacious. For one night stay it was just what we needed

Awesome service

I’m actually very upset about the most recent morning at the hotel. I had paid for an additional night, room service had already been by the room and we let them know we were okay and grabbed a few supplies. We proceeded to take a nap. We put a do not disturb sign on the door. Late afternoon I wake up to someone trying to enter my room. She told me housekeeping but had no supplies with her at all. Are we as guests not allowed any privacy? Had we not been in the room what was she going to do? This was really upsetting to Me.

We’ve been extending our stay night by night. This one was pretty uneventful. I was able to get a bit of a break on the room price since we’ve been there almost 2 weeks now.
