ホテルは中心部に位置し、タワーブリッジも近くにあります。部屋は広くて清潔です。スタッフはフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルです。

My daughter and I stayed for one night. I’d rung up earlier in the week to request early check in and the room was ready at our requested early arrival time. The hotel is in a great location and worked really well for us as we went to a West End show on the Saturday (two stops on the train from London Bridge to Charing Cross) and something at the 02 on Sunday (Thames Clipper to North Greenwich). Every single member of staff we interacted with was cheerful and helpful and I was delighted to receive a note with a gift of chocolates and a rose to mark Mother’s Day (as well as some chocolates in our room when we arrived), which was a lovely touch. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to London.

Best hotel i ever stayed. I am seriously in love with this hotel during my stay the staff was friendly and the food was awesome. I couldn't contain my happiness with this hotel. On top of that, great awesome location. What else can I say? I would say also that shops around the hotel is very convenient

The hotel is in an excellent location, is very clean, quiet and comfortable meaning a good nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they seem to notice whenever a guest was in the reception area and checked if they required assistance. Room good value for money, breakfast is also good value.

My wife and I spent two nights here this week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. The meal deal with dinner and breakfast was terrific value. The only issue was that the WiFi was down for the whole of our stay. Would definitely return.
