部屋は居心地がよく、必要なものはすべて揃っていました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、食事も最高でした。立地は最高で、地下鉄の駅から歩いてすぐです。主な欠点は、枕が 1 つ小さすぎると感じたことと、枕が 2 つ高すぎて不快だったことです。また、シャワー ヘッドは穴から水が出なかったり、水があちこちに飛び散ったりしたので、掃除が必要でした。

Very friendly staff, though checking in was unnecessarily delayed for no given reason. Bed was extremely comfortable, but the room had no windows which was disconcerting for my wife, and something we would have liked to have known about before checking in or been asked about on checking in. We chose the hotel for convenience as we were going to a gig locally and will probably use it again, for; location, cleanliness and security.

A nice clean welcoming hotel with a clean bedroom and bathroom. Lifts in working order. No window in the room however we did have a sky window. Room service was good as they cleaned our room and gave us fresh clean towels. Breakfast was good with a lot of food to choose from. Had breakfast on two days during our stay which you can pay for on the day if you want.

I was so impressed by this hotel. I thought it would be quite cramped but it was a perfectly sized room for a solo traveller and everything had its cleverly designed place. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and it was very quiet at night so had an excellent night's sleep. The only small downside was no kettle in the room, but you can access the coffee machine in the basement 24 hours a day. The location is perfect for a stay in London, too - everything you could want is in Camden. I will most definitely be staying again, bravo!

The staff are vey friendly and helpful, in the reception and bar area Laureta so amazingly helpful.. would recommend… this hotel feels brand new it is so clean, every room is immaculate and the location is spot on as it is only 5 mins walk from Camden tube station.
