酒店房間非常好與圖片相符，打車到西大大概13/14加元，酒店在商業區附近，樓下吃飯很方便，在樓下附近的日餐點了兩份餐，含税和小費一共40多

酒店入住後感覺很好，與描述相符，服務，房間都好。

Chrys was very helpfull and answered all of our questions. Very pleasant and approachable which made for a very nice experience.

What started as a disappointing experience, was turned around by the front desk people. ******* and The Park Hotel does not work as well with ******* as one would hope.

This hotel is very very safe and quiet and the room was excellent and the staff was very friendly, This is my second home when i come to London!

Reasonable hotel, staff friendly, did not enjoy the add ons to the charges when checking out over 4 follsts for usin Credit card! Almost 10 dollars for using third party booking (******* ) , nickel and diming at its best!

Over priced and didn’t get the room I asked for got a handy capped room .. and it smelt hireable .. worst experience ever in a hotel

Very nice Hotel. Staff friendly, helpful. Room was great, beds comfortable, shower great. Continental breakfast was really good. When we checked in I was told we could park underground or behind the Hotel, we opted for behind the Hotel but wasn't told and didn't realize we had to pay for a parking permit and display it so when we went to leave in the morning we had a $98 parking ticket. Another car parked there had their windshield broken so thank goodness that wasn't us. My husband went in and explained at reception about the ticket and he was told the manager would look after it. She photo copied the ticket and took our name and phone # and was told they would get back to us. A week went by and I didn't hear from them so called, left a message and very shortly after I received a call from the manager telling me he had looked after it and that the parking ticket had been waived so very pleased about that. So the only suggestion I would have to the Hotel is that it be clearly stated that not only is parking underground an extra fee but also parking behind the Hotel. Maybe a sign on the building would help. All in all though a very enjoyable stay at the Park Hotel in London.

Good hotel - stayed for a work-related meeting. Did not receive the usual ******* Gold upgrade though, and the hotel didn't seem to be particularly busy.
