立地は良いのですが、設備は平均的です。部屋の照明は暗く、コーヒーメーカーは壊れており、飲料水は宿泊初日のみ提供され、その後2日間は提供されません。フロントの女性スタッフの対応もあまり良くなく、価格対性能比も高くありません。

全体として、シートリップで最初の部屋を予約し、夜中にタクシーに乗ったので、ホテルのフロントデスクに部屋がないと言われました。部屋が3つ残っていることが明らかにわかりました。その後、私はロンドンの路上で一人にな​​り、死ぬほど怖かったので、シートリップにホテルを探しました。 1泊4,000近くするこのホテルを予約するのを手伝ってください。ホテルが開くとすぐに、ドアのところで寝ている番犬のようでした。部屋には歯ブラシも櫛もありませんでした。フロントに事前に連絡せずにホテルに行き、結局、シートリップに連絡して宿泊料金の半分強を支払いましたが、シートリップのサービスにはあまり満足していませんでした。シートリップのサービスに満足しました。16歳の時からシートリップを利用してきました。国内旅行も含めてシートリップをよく利用しています。ロンドンでは時差が 8 時間あるのですが、彼女は私が安心してチェックインできるようホテルに連絡してくれて、本当にありがとうございました。カスタマーサービス、ありがとうございます🙏

環境は良く、ホテルは清潔で、サービススタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、価格対性能比が高く、近くには買い物ができるスーパーマーケットがあります。今後ロンドンに来るときはこのホテルを選びます。

部屋のシャワーの水量が非常に少なく、排水口が詰まっている可能性があり、水の出が非常に遅いです。 スーペリアルームとスタンダードルームに違いはなく、装飾とレイアウトがとても魅力的です。

本当にとても満足

I have no idea how this hotel is rated as 4 stars. The experience is disaster. First, the receptionist was not there when we arrived, waited for 5 minutes, that’s fine. Then, when we asked for check-in, she just confirmed the name and gave us a key card without asking for our ID, serious security concern here. Third, the lift is so small, only can fit one person and one luggage. Forth, the room door is very hard to open. When we asked the help from the receptionist, she just asked us to push the door hard, I went up and try again, it’s hard to push in. I went down to ask the receptionist again, she did not even try to attend to my room and help us. Poor and terrible experience here. Btw, it’s the night of 17th Oct

Location is great, close to city center! Maybe pay a little more attention on bathroom cleaning?

We stayed at The Bryson for 6 nights and were happy with our stay. The room was on the smaller side but it did allow us to have our two large suitcases placed down on the floor whilst allowing the room door to be opened. The staff at reception were courteous. The area around the hotel has many restaurants, and there is a market with food stalls. The bus stop was conveniently across the road , and we took the bus to West End / Chinatown and to the O2 at Greenwich.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Location weals great for what I was doing in London. The only problem was the mini fridge did not get or keep anything cold. I paid for a breakfast but the kitchen was having a refit and was off Continental breakfast in my room. That’s ok if you like that kind of things. I will definitely stay there again.
