The O2でコンサートを観る予定だったのでここを予約しましたが、朝食込みで£160くらいでした。部屋は清潔でよく整理されています。通常より少し広いです。高層ビルから川の景色を眺めることができます。朝食の食べ物は通常の4つ星の選択ですが、味は良く、レストランの環境は良好です37階、美しい景色を眺めながらいただく朝食はより一層楽しいものです。全体として、費用対効果が高いです。
This 4 star hotel is quite disappointed to us . The room assigned to us was flooded with water when one is taking shower. The water flown from the bathroom to the carpet in the room. The hair dryer was not working too. Although the hotel did change the room and hair dryer for us but its caused a lots of inconvenience and wasted our time. Further we can heard dog barking in the hotel!

”I feel obligated to share my experience to prevent others from enduring the same disappointment. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a pervasive and unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the premises, making it impossible to feel comfortable. However, what truly made my stay unbearable was the attitude of the staff. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they exuded an air of arrogance, treating guests as though they were inconveniences rather than valued customers. The combination of a foul-smelling environment and unprofessional, condescending service makes it clear that this hotel does not deserve your time or money. There are far better options where guests are treated with respect and provided with a clean, pleasant experience.“
