Lovely hotel and staff very helpful. However we had a check-in time of 3pm but our room wasn’t available until closer to 5pm. The room was very clean and a good size, however the shower after use emanated a distinct smell of drainage. We also specifically asked for a room far away from the lifts, however our room was next door to the lifts, which were noisy especially late evening including people outside the lifts area. We did enjoy our stay as beds were comfy, location was perfect for our needs and the room was serviced regularly

Great location as next door to the tube station however service at check in was slow at appeared disorganised. The bathroom was lovely however, the bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

It was nice with good accomodating staff. Unfortunately, the bathroom door doesn’t close fully, and there were minimum amenities - hair&body, hand and moisturizer were provided with late food access. But, no toothbrush, toothpaste, slipper and dressing gown were provided. Check-in process was not straight forward - wrong room was provided at first, then had to wait to re-check into the correct room.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Saint. The room was very nice and spotless. The staffs are helpful. The location is super convenient, being so close to the metro. Definitely check out the rooftop bar, it’s a great spot!

I booked this hotel a while ago as i was doing a run event on Sunday in Central London, the hotel itself was OK, a bit expensive but I suppose it's London. I booked a Superior King Room, well I am sorry, to me it felt like a standard room and the bed was a small double not a king bed and even more annoying was that, when I booked it i asked for breakfast to be included and when I checked in, i asked the lady what time breakfast starts and she said 7am, great I had to leave at 8am to go to my event. I went down at 7.15am on Sunday to be told, oh sorry Sir we do not open the breakfast area until 8am on the weekends, *** ........ Now well pissed off. Honestly opening a breakfast bar in Central London at 8am, what a joke, not impressed and I definitely will not be staying there again.
