Premier Inn London Southwark (Tate Modern)

Arrived on a trip for work and wasn't expecting more than a bed and something to eat, but the service from Syed made my stay feel like a leisure visit. Thanks again for all your hard work, this place will be on my list for my next trips to London for sure.

Superb stay, excellent location and most importantly the most fantastic service. Not often you experience outstanding customer service and this was down to one stand out member of staff, Syed. Would recommend if considering stay in London.

A really enjoyable stay thank you. The hotel is clean and well located but for me it was the service that made my stay memorable. I stay in premier Inns all the the time and I always say that they are "reliable". However this is the first stay where I have felt that it required a review. The service from Syed and the team was different level. Thanks for your hard work and service. The best Premier Inn stay I've had.

Really clean, friendly efficient staff, great location behind the Tate Modern, next to a Tesco Express and Sainsburys Express, near cool restaurants and bars. Nothing bad to say.

Visited a few Premier Inns around London when visiting the Capital. For us this was the best location to have our base. Easy access to tube network, just across Black Friars bridge, on the Southbank and excellent strolls along the river. Near St Paul’s, the London eye, HMS Belfast, the Tower and Westminster. Staff were pleasant, friendly, extremely helpful and professional. The hotel was clean, peaceful with comfy beds. Breakfast was fab as always in the PI. We will use this hotel as our future London visit’s.

Our family of 4 have stayed at this hotel 5 times. We love it. A great location, big rooms and fantastic staff every time. Close to two different undergorund lines and london bus routes.

The aircon system was making a loud hammering noise all night and woke us constantly. We couldn’t move rooms as have 3 young kids, who were asleep

This is our second time staying at this hotel Family of 5 ( 3 teenage boys)l. We love it because it is so handy and within walking distance to lots of the main attractions. Hotel staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and have been updated from our last visit 3 years ago only downside lack of towels in our room on arrival ( only one set however did ask for more and was rectified) and the bins weren't emptied during our 3 nights. Sainsburys & Tesco right outside for drinks and snacks, short walk and there is Starbucks and Leon as well as other shops and restaurants nearby. Great value choice for families.

All was good apart from the noisy pipes all night. Whatever it was sounded like a pressure issue in pipes, quite like a dull fog horn. It would carry on for short bursts. One time it went off for about 5 minutes. We were in room 106. Other than that, the room was clean and tidy. We didn't use the bar or restaurant. No fridge. Had to ask for an ironing board. So average if it wasn't for the noise, that woke us up a lot in the night so not ok.
