This hotel is very clean and I love the setup of the room. Staff is friendly and the location is walkable to restaurants and beach.

We took advantage of a special pricing and this place is worth it. Our second stay the only complaint is there vending machine does work. This was our second stay and we ran into the same issue with the vending machines that did not work. Guys fix this!!!! The place itself is excellent !!! I would stay here again for the right price! Value for your dollar.

Excellent place to stay. Room was very nice with great amenities. Staff was very friendly. Had a great gym with two pelotons. My room was right above the metro train stop which was a bit noisy

Property was great, super clean and the team was great to deal with!
II is a bit noisy though as it’s right beside the local transit system but I’d still recommend staying here. Easy walk to the convention centre and many restaurants within a block.

Property is new and with very basic furniture
Phone didn't work, vending machine didn't work and they could fix it right away overall not worth the money specially if over charging for events

Road closure made it difficult to navigate to hotel, since most roads were one way had to figure out a way through the alley. Not hotel related but looking out from balcony there was trash tossed ontop of the bus stops. Hotel was decent but not the area it was in.

Manager and front desk clerks were patient, professional and helpful. I wasn't sure what to expect since I didn't recognize the name. The price was better than the surrounding stays AND to rooms were great!clean!.

Room was noisy from the train station outside our window to the refrigerator that kept making load noises . The other challenge was parking due to construction we literally found one sign in a back alley pointing towards the parking garage.

We liked that it was very clean, modern and new. It would have been nice to be able to walk from floor to floor without taking the elevator. We were on 3 and went to the pool and the gym on 2 several times, but were afraid to use stairs because we'd be locked out. Nice quality room furnishings and large bathroom counter. You could also walk everywhere - to restaurants, cafes and movies in the neighborhood.
