This property was clean and quiet. Rooms were large and modern. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Pool was fun and right on a harbour. Walked in the adjoining preserve. Close to beaches. Adjoining restaurant was delicious.

Lovely property. Unfortunately they are not able to provide enough staff to have rooms cleaned by 4:00pm. Had to wait for an hour on check in date and ons 3rd day room not made up since we came back from beach at 4 and “we are busy so we need more time.” We needed the room to ourselves to get ready to go out so no cleaning.

the grounds were beautiful the rooms need to be updated I booked a suite it was like a regular room! Was not worth over $4,000 plus a cleaning fee every day!

We enjoyed our stay at the Compass Hotel. It was a lovely hotel with a nice lounge and bar area with booths and tables with a view of the marina It was a convenient area to get sandwiches and drinks. However, the drinks, such as a margarita, were served in a small plastic cup filled mostly with ice for $13. The breakfast was enjoyable with hot food, cereal, fruit and bagels every morning. Our room was nice enough but we wish the view had been better and there was more than one chair in the room. Be sure to ask for a room overlooking the water.

We have been coming to Compass Hotel every year except one since they opened. The staff is always friendly and enjoy what they do. There is a great vacation vibe when you stay there.

Close to AMI but not on the island. Near nature preserves. The $22 a day resort tax is a bit much. The causeway outside of the hotel gets backed up between 9-5 with beach traffic.
