I would give a overall rating of 3.8. Room service food was cold but good. The hotel,area and beach were beautiful. Just being picky but the hotel looks like a expensive renovation has occurred. Materials are top notch, craftsmanship and installation was sub-par. Our suite was a little run down, but traveling with pets, this was one of the nicest pet rooms. The employees were a A➕ .

Our stay was completely enjoyable and I hope to plan a return visit. Did wish when we ordered room service food was delivered on dishes instead of to go containers.

Took itself very seriously for a 3 star property with few amenities. Staff aloof and full of themselves. Dining limited and when ordered during the day, I had to go down to the pool bar and pick up my own food!

All was excellent, just one server at breakfast was inattentive. The valet service was excellent and 99.9% of the staff was very friendly. We will stay there again if any events come up in the future 👍

The resort was lovely, pool very nice, staff at pool and restaurant were great. The beach is beautiful, very walkable. The place is serene.

Excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful, very peaceful and the service is great. My only concern is about the food service in the restaurant at breakfast time and by the pool. We were having breakfast for two times and the server took a long time to bring us the food and even took forever just to be seated. At the pool, we asked for chips and salsa and two kids meals. The kids meals were good but the chips and salsa were horrible. The guacamole was a blackish-green color and the salsa tasted bad. Overall the experience was amazing but the food service needs improvement.
