The Quality Inn in Longview, WA offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers exploring the Pacific Northwest.

The room is pretty clean. The ladies at the front desk, Lorie and Elizabeth and the Amy, the lady who takes care of breakfast are super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay with kids. We came across several of other visitors too, they were pretty polite too.

The first non smoking room we were given was clearly smoked in and sprayed with something to mask it. We were given a different room with 2 queen beds, rather than one king bed. Place is just very dated and needs to be updated. Fine for the one night we needed, just passing through.

Bathroom was old, stains in toilet and bathtub. Floor was dirty. Had a bit of a musty smell. Definitely needs remodeled.

Newly upgraded furnishings: countertops, dressers, nightstands and headboard. Looks great, but as a disabled person, the smaller countertop makes it difficult for me to place my suitcase. Foldable suitcase stand tips too easily and I require a walker. Suitcase fell to floor. Difficult to pick up from ground. Much easier to slide suitcase from walker to countertop. Maybe add a sturdy extension to the counter for luggage in the disabled room.

Staff were very friendly. The only thing negative was pounding done by construction workers at 8:00 a.m. and lots of noise when people ran or walked upstairs.

Much better than last stay here. In the process of upgrading hence the lower rating in some areas but when finished will be a great place to stay. The staff was very, very great.

We only needed a place to rest our head for a night. The hotel is going through some renovations and our room had just gotten all new furnishings (could use a carpet shampoo and paint on the walls) but the beds were comfortable and they had plenty of options for breakfast (although the juice was more flavored water). It was nice to have a fridge & microwave as well. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful, always polite! They are getting new furniture for the rooms, so the lobby was a bit cluttered when we arrived, but it was well explained and completely understadable! By breakfast the following morning all the clutter was gone and everything was clean and in place. Fabulous stay!!! Breakfast was great!!! Highly recommended!
