방이 깔끔하고, 제 기준으로는 조금 여유롭고 넓었습니다. 데스크 직원분이 친절하십니다. 조용합니다. 바깥의 큰 사이렌 소리가 들리긴 했지만 이내 사라지기에 조용히 잘 묵었습니다. 조식은 저희 나오는 날부터 시작한대서 먹어보질 못했어서 못 남기네요. 수압도 나쁘지 않았어요.! 1층 쉼터에 물 받을 수 있는 곳이 있고, 주변에 조금만 걸어가면 코인세탁소도 있어서 잘 이용했어요. 한인 타운 주변인데 생각보다 한산하고 조용했어요. 약간 으스스했어요. 편의점 같은 것은 주변에 없다고 보시면 됩니다. 그럼에도 주차공간 무료고 너무 좋았습니다~^^

The hotel is exactly as the pictures show. The room is spacious and clean. They did some remodeling to the room (the bed, desk, chair, and fridge are new), but the wall and bathroom are still old. The bathroom is small and the toilet is very close to the door, however, I don't think it affected my stay. It was a good deal for me, and the parking was included (the hotel nearby charges $30 for parking). The check-in process was very easy and the staff were friendly and polite. I was worried about noise since it's in a busy area and right above/next to a restaurant, but it was actually not bad at all and I was able to sleep for the whole night. They also do housekeeping daily- most of the two-star hotels I stayed in before either don't do housekeeping or only provide towels per request during the stay. The hallway smelled really good too. I would recommend anyone who wants to travel to LA on a budget to this hotel and I will definitely return again.

This was our second stay at this property and it was another great experience. The are is nice and there are a lot of great restaurants around the area and a lot to do within a short driving/ubering distance.

Stayed here as a place to shower and sleep for a concert over the weekend. The location was great as its in walking distance to many great restaurants and clubs in ktown. However, the bathroom on our room was so dirty and full of cracks we needed to wear our sandals as we didn't want our bare feet to touch the ground. There was also questionable hairs on the walls of the shower meaning it was not properly cleaned before we checked in. When I checked in, no one told me I would need to return the hotel key cards and parking pass to front desk when checking out or else I'd be charged a $50 fee per card. When I left on Sunday, we left our keycards in the room on the night stand and I returned the parking pass to the front desk. The lady working didn't ask about the hotel key cards and only said to have a nice day. Two days later, I noticed an additional charge for $116 so I called. I was told about the fee, and when I informed the front desk we had definitely left the keys in the room, she claimed that housekeeping couldn't find it. I was never informed about this rule and therefore I don't think I should be charged for this fee. If I had known, I would have returned the key cards with the parking pass. They refused to refund me and didnt answer my emails. I have now issued a chargeback on my card because that is a very scammy thing to do.

Room was nice and clean but literally had just the basics. Bed tv chair. Room was boring but we didn’t come to look at the room. Would stay here again.

If you are travelling to LA and looking for cheap and clean hotel, hometel suites is the one you are looking for. Washroom needs to be updated but other than that you have a good deal.
