ティルト ホテル ユニバーサル / ハリウッド、アセンド コレクション(Tilt Hotel Universal/Hollywood, Ascend Hotel Collection)

雖然是老酒店，但是裏面看着很新，應當是翻新過不久。房間裏面，很寬敞，衞生間很大。前台服務生非常禮貌。酒店沒有餐食，但是幾十米外就有很多餐館。有的餐館註明早餐，都是西式的，沒有中餐。從酒店走到影城十幾分鍾，有路標指示，很容易到達影城。但是從影城回酒店，要原路返回才行，否則容易迷路。去影城會進過一箇中餐館～眉州東坡酒樓，很好吃。

I really loooove this hotel. I wrote this review in 2023. :-) Robby and room look like movie cinema. They have a concept. It was not very newest style but gave me good feeling. Above all, Room condition is so good, very clean and Service is good. Best location for Universal Studio Hollywood. Definitely It takes 20 minutes to walk to Universal Studio. I really want to stay in there again.. Miss already this room.

每次在門上掛了牌子都沒有人來打掃，衹有退房才有人來打掃…..不提供沐浴露，衹有香皂，洗髮水用一次就差不多用完了，以及wifi真的很爛很爛很爛 爛到用不了的程度，我全程用流量了，環球影城的wifi都比酒店好用

離環球影城挺近的 可以步行 但大路上步行並不友好～ 酒店空間挺大 但毗鄰馬路 晚上車水馬龍 噪音很大 前台印度小哥服務態度還是不錯

Overall it’s fine to stay worth it

We checked in and the front desk person was super kind! I believe his name was Raja, I’m sorry if that’s incorrect but he was very friendly. The rooms were big, and beds were comfortable. Had sink, microwave and the air worked very well. The location is the best, extremely close to Universal. We stayed 2 nights and it super convenient. We didn’t have time for the pool so I can’t comment on that. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the park!

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel while in LA, mainly to visit Universal Studios. It was right off a highway, which was convenient for driving to restaurants and other stops. We did not walk to Universal, but chose to drive. It would have felt like a very long walk on the way back, so that was the right choice. In the reviews I read they had free breakfast, but that is not offered, although there is an area where it obviously once was offered. The hotel seems dated, but also has a funky/cool vibe, so it was mostly OK. The pool area could use a refresh. And there were no towels, so when we asked, the front desk clerk said we had to bring them from our room. But the next night we saw people swimming, and they clearly had hotel pool towels. Who knows… Parking is wonky, but OK. Not worth the $25/night I would argue. Overall, for LA, the price seemed fair, and the room was decent. No complaints and would generally recommend it. Not much to do right in the area, so if you want a hotel with lots around to walk to and see, this would not be for you.

The stay was fine, when we arrived the view was terrible. Then, when we went up to the room it was a lot better. Elevators clear as well as the hallways The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was great and guest services was also good. The lobby and hotel entrance needs work. More inviting and pleasant colors. The pool, if that is a pool? Horrible!!!! The rest was was fine. Thank you!

Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location is right next to Starbucks and walking distance to Universal Citywalk and Park. Tons of restaurants in area.
