Absolutely wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful staff. Lovely uncomfortable bedroom suite. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

This property was wonderful the only issue we had was construction. They will be banging and drilling early in the morning around 6 am. We did have a scare where someone was trying to get into our room but luckily the latch was in place it seemed like they had a key because the door was opening and once my boyfriend got to the door they was gone.Also when you book please be aware of the deposit fees.

I loved this hotel. They give you 2 water cans per day. Housekeeping comes around every day but you can't be in the room when they are cleaning. A variety of new towels are provided daily. The fridge is a good size and I really loved the table along the window. I needed an extra bed and received it w/o an issue. Any time you go to the front desk the staff is so happy to see you and are very helpful. It is very clean. I received a $50 credit and used that at the restaurant and lounge station. I also had complimentary breakfast for 2 daily and really enjoyed that....get the Black Dahlia (thank me later) the steak was pretty good too, get Medium Well. The shower setup was unique with the floor to ceiling mirror. I controlled the room temperature. The bathroom is separate, I like that.

We stayed therefor one night. We chose the place because they had a nice pool. When we got there, we heard that the pool is being renovated. We were not told about this, when we decided to book it. The hotel is a not a 4 star. It is a solid 3 star. It is living on an old good reputation. The amenities are good but there are some things that can be improved. For instance, the phone in the room did not work. The receptionist gave me only 1 keycard although we were a couple. On a positive note, the room has all the amenities we needed and we really appreciated the complementary water. We prefer complementary water to tea/coffee. Thank you for this.

The rooms are limited. There's practically no furniture, two receptacles, beds are on the floor, elevetaors look and smell old. They have the best photos on the website, they don't translate to reality.

We stayed here for the first time and will come again. Clean rooms, friendly people. Loved the Christmas vibe and decorations. We went to a concert, came back to the hotel late and the restaurant was still open and serving good food. The rooms are interesting. Liked it, but could use another chair so two people can talk without one sitting on the bed. But next time, I will just request one (not sure if that's an option, but I will). A nice visit to LA.
