Ginosi Metropolitan Apartel

We stayed in Metropolitan Ginosi Apartel in Los Angeles during the 4th of July weekend. It was a HORRIBLE experience!!! Location is Getho. The place is literally TRASH!! The Kitchen counter was dirty, there was a roach in the restroom, The parking lot which they charge you 30$ for each night, was flooded and full of garbage! The place looks s surrounded with Homeless tents. You could smell ********* in hallway and elevator. The elevator was nasty as someone had spit on the floor!! We asked for towel on the second morning , they said they will deliver it to the unit. I called again around 7 pm and they said they have ran out of supplies due to the long weekend and promised me to bring towels on the next day. Next day I called again to remind them about the towels and also to ask for toilet paper. AGAIN NOBODY BROUGHT US ANYTHING, no toilet paper and no towels!! It was a terrible experience. This place needs to be shut down. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF!!!!!

Terrible service, i believe the hotel is ran from a different country. The place is dirty, no towels or cleaning in the 5 days i stayed. To top it off the place if over ran by ************ and homeless people, at least 5 times i was asked did i want to buy *****, one time i said leave me alone and i was thrown up against a wall and threatened, i dont even no how they let these people roam the corridors! I left straight after this. Honestly do your self a favour and do not stay here, IT IS NOT SAFE!!

The other reviewers have addressed the frustrating 2 hour check in process, but I’d like to focus on the fact that this place reeks of smoke. We are traveling with our baby so that is unacceptable seeing as exposure to smoke increases an infants risk of SIDS. Normally if I were traveling alone I would brush something like this off, but when I wake up at night and smell it so strongly, that’s very concerning to me for my baby. This is a liability issue for them and I am very upset about this.
