For the price, it really was fantastic. Actually was worth double the price. Loved it, will be back! Shout out to Eder at front desk, made the whole stay awesome!

Beautiful property. Food, staff and views were amazing. Only con is that all bars/restaurants closed at 10.30pm. Definitely not a party resort but if you want to chill in beautiful surroundings this is the resort for you.

This hotel was nice, area around was nice too. Bellboy Keny is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He was so patient, ready to help you with any and everything you need. My sister and I have nothing but good things to say about Keny and a few of the other staff. However, the housekeeping staff are thieves and the hotel so call manager and quote on quote security team and not worthless. My sister morning got stolen from her bag our last night at the resort when we went out to dinner. The one time she didn’t lock her bag up. We were assured that they had cameras set up, they will check and give us answers after breakfast yesterday. We can back from breakfast and you could tell that they had checked, knew who stole my sister money but the manager proceeds to waste our time claiming that they were still checking the footage from the previous night. He proceeded to play in our faces like we don’t know how checking video footage works. We give him a timeframe from 7:50- 8:50pm and checking that should not have taken as long as they dragged it. He kept asking what time is your flight because he knew we would not risk missing our flight and getting stuck in Mexico paying more money. He told us he was bringing the security team to our room to brief us on the outcome. We waited for over two hours, went downstairs to check out and get answers, it then he told us they were still checking the cameras. He lied to us the whole time because they didn’t want to accept and take lability for the theft. INSANE!

MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and they were speaking to each other in Spanish in a very panicked manner; the one at the door was telling the other lady to hurry up. Once I entered, they quickly rushed out of the room. When I realized my money was stolen in the morning of the day we were checking out, I finally made the connection of what had happened that day when they tried to stop me from entering the room, and how they were the only possible suspects of stealing $500 out of my wallet. We submitted a claim with the hotel while we were checking out, and have never heard since. They promised they would investigate the situation and reach out to us. It's been a whole month and we haven't heard anything. DO NOT recommend your friends and family to stay at this location! We will definitely not be coming back.

My wife and I liked that we could see the whales from the marias buffet when eating outside. We liked the staff was very nice. We didn't like when you order food and drinks by the poolside they take a long time to get to you. We also didn't like being hassled to participate in the time share stuff.

Everything and everyone there were wonderful! If anything needs improvement, it would be the food offered at buffet.

The property is beautiful. We liked the villa with private pool better. We also got food poisoning within 24 hours so we had to cancel our plans. Wasn’t able to enjoy any of our upgrades.

Went with my bestie for my birthday and was blown away. The staff is AMAZING!! The food was so good! We paid extra $35 (only $35! Crazy) and got top shelf everything. The pools were amazing, and best of all the adult pool was perfect. I can’t wait to go back!!

Check in was not good. My reservation made online was not available. Was charged an additional $800 for a different room. Also, the all-inclusive feature is not exactly communicated. There are levels of all-inclusive with additional costs required. There is no beach available. Overall, the food/restaurants are very good, but had one poor service experience the first night. Took 1 and a half hours to service the main course. I would probably NOT return to this property in the future.
