コンフォート イン & スイーツ ロス カボス(Comfort Inn & Suites Los Cabos)

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 night. I expected a good hotel from Comfort Inn Suites but this hotel was a disappointment. The hotel had leaking water in the lobby, limited parking and no signs outside the hotel making it difficult to find. The worst part is that we did not have water for two nights and we were not able to take a shower. The hotel never notified us of the problem. Not even an apology from the hotel staff or manager. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I’d rather go to another hotel. Bed sheets were dirty from previous guests. The rest of the room was clean, but common areas were not. Breakfast was average and served on plastic cups and plastic silverware. Personnel aren’t friendly, though not rude. Walls are paper-thin. You can hear lots of noise from other rooms and floors. Beds aren’t very comfortable. On the good side, It’s close to Cabo San Lucas. In general, it’s fine, but there are better options in the same price range.

The hotel is centrally located if you know the area of Tezal. Take a public bus to downtown CSL however, the return is iffy due to the crossing of the highway can be dangerous so take an UBER. We booked a regular room however, no fridge, the towels were old and the TV did not work though we requested help and ignored. The managers are young and need training. They need to see this hotel as a potential type of hotel with lots of upgrade. The hotel style is nice and the rooftop view is the best. The bar should have happy hour. The rooftop needs decor and taste. It was not comfie to sit in a chair with no cushion. The windows needed cleaning. Not sure if I would stay here again. It needs upgrade and trusting the process of a good comfortable hotel. Also, the food was not tasty in the morning buffet. The coffee was fresh. The chorizo and eggs looked like jail food. The hotel can do better.

We stayed for 5 days ,the AC works good ,no fans,only 2 towels.the pool on the roof has glass around was very foggy ,suppose to not allowed drinks ,but ppl had it anyways, the breakfast was not good ,chips ,salsa ,beans and eggs ,the good thing is that they have fresh fruit and toast ,..we took a bus $1 to go to the marina ,but the issue was to cross the highway ,luckily is not a lot traffic, is good to stay only to sleep and go out all day ..no bartender in the weekends at the pool ,,very noisy the hallway ,they never change the sheets on the bed,they ran out of towels one day...the lady Jazmin in the excursion area ,helped us a lot ,very friendly ..all the staff in the hotel was very respectful ,courteous and nice ,is the hotel was a disappointed ..

For the price cant be beat....newer hotel with great beds ...tv had american channels...loved the rooftop swimming pool...ac in this place worked great...plus close to a great restaurant called Metate....only drawback is you need a car or cab to get around.

48 hrs sin agua el hotel, sin solución ni mayor apoyo para conseguir habitación en otro hotel. Al principio nos ofrecían llevarnos al hotel de junto a bañarnos, después ofrecían la regadera de empleados donde salía un hilo de agua. La devolución del dinero se tenía que tramitar para después recibir el dinero, quien me garantiza que después de irme me regresan mi dinero? EL GERENTE NUNCA DIO LA CARA.

Una experiencia maravillosa, llegue sin reservacion y nos recibió Simon recepcionista de la noche muy amable y fue demasiado servicial, las instalaciones super comodas, aunque aun estan en construccion el personal es muy amable.
