Staff was super friendly. Our room had a broken shower and it took a long time to fix, other than that, great experience

Property was the largest I have ever been too and I've been to lots. Food was abundant and very Americanized, fresh and tasty. Drinks of any kind and more if you ask.Beach was great but water unswimable due to undertow Which is common for Cabo. There are close beaches within walking. Nightlife is close and walkable but Uber is better than taxis. I would recommend for sure.

The Riu Palace couldn't have been better for a relaxing truly all-inclusive vacation. The property was lovely, the pools were terrific, the food and drink were just fine. I would return. The only small problem is that this hotel is next to the very noisy RIU Santa Fe. Next time I'll make sure my room is on the other side of the building!

Very clean property and the staff was very friendly! Rooms were very nice, restaurants were great, and the pool and beach areas were beautiful. Everything was relaxing and easy going! My only suggestion would be to have better movies and tv channels for when we have down time in the room.

Transportation back to the airport was originally programmed well, but it was changed by the hotel to a later time without my awareness. The new time was too late for my flight time and I had to take a private taxi as to not miss my flight.

The food is great and so are the staff However when we we’re leaving to airport they charged us which came as surprise as transportation was already included in the booking

This is a family oriented hotel. We really enjoyed it. A down fall is the transportation. A taxi from the hotel charged us $250 pesos, but if you walk outside the hotel and request an uber, the charge was $100 pesos. There was a similar issue for the airport option.

Beautiful views, upgrade to the ocean view you will not be disappointed. Great food with a lot of options. I promise you will find something you like. Staff is friendly. Rooms a little dated but clean. We had clean towels and room daily. Only thing lacking is evening entertainment.

The app doesn't work very well. Needed a blanket, had to ask 2 housekeepers, put it on the app, no response for 8 hours, asked the front desk, he Said 5 minutes. Came back to the room 3 hours later and still no blanket. Put it on the app again, got 3 around 11pm after I was asleep. Place was very clean and the buffet has a great selection.
