Jeg havde brækket anklen og gik på krykker. Vi blev opgraderet til et mere ‘handicap’ venligt værelse og fik hjælp til leje af kørestol med den største imødekommenhed. Der var dejlig plads på hotellet - altid en ledig solseng, altid plads i poolen og altid nok mad ved morgenmads buffeten. Stemningen blandt gæsterne var dejlig afslappet og rolig. Og både hotel og byen meget handicap venligt.

We go here every year at Easter, All the staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming. I will continue to come here for many years to come. So much choice of food, Even for the fussy eaters there is something. The cleaners do a fantastic job and the place is spotless, well done to all that work here it is a beautiful place to relax.

Just fantastic, welcome smile at reception, pools to die for, staff are amazing, so so nice, food and drink plentiful totally recommend this place. Will defo be returning, los cristianos gorgeous resort. Clean tidy bright colourful decor nothing too much trouble, perfect

Great value for money hotel with excellent service. The hotel spotless and their Duplex rooms are ideal for families of 5. There are plenty of sunbeds available each day. Food is OK. there is a kids club for kids running twice a day along with kiddies disco at night.

The room is a good size and bathroom has a great shower. The mattress is basic and cheap feeling. The food is average/good Staff seem friendly and the room is clean The biggest issue to me is no effort on decor. Room is white, no pictures or anything to soften the clinical look. The restaurant is also white and looks like a school canteen. The bare area looks like a cheap cafe.

Headed here for three nights all inclusive with the girls.. 5 of us stayed in one of the duplex suites in the annex which gave us lots of space. The room was kept really clean with daily maid service. Loads of choice at meal times, plenty sun beds and choice of pool areas.

Excellent hotel, immaculately clean, brilliant facilities. Food at breakfast and lunch is very good. Dinner can be hit or miss!! Rooms are of a great standard. Brilliant location, if you like to walk, this is perfect as only 10mins down to the seafront, with lots of bars and restaurants. All in all excellent hotel

The hotel was up the hill but had a shuttle service to town. However the shuttle didn’t run from 1pm to 4pm. Roof top terrace had beautiful views bar pool and was adults only. This was our favourite place. However it was tatty with saggy sun beds and some parasols broken. Deck needed painting. Pool too small to swim in. Larger pool downstairs was still too small for amount of people at the hotel and dominated by kids. Room small and basic. Kept awake by music until 12.30 and noisy guests. Had to change rooms. This was done efficiently by the hotel with a follow up call and a complementary bottle of bubbly. Balcony looked over a road. Hotel roof is open so gets chilly in all areas of the hotel at night. Restaurant very canteen style and in the basement. The food was very good and large selection although there was only one or two veg on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. My partner enjoyed the gym. Lots of people were repeat guests. Although it was not for me I would recommend to others as the service and food were good. Everything was very clean.

Before we arrived I was concerned about some of the reviews, however after our stay I would challenge many of the negative comments. The adult pool on the roof is a lovely chilled out area, the duplex rooms are extremely spacious and clean. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The walk to the beach is not that bad although it wasn’t extremely hot. We walked into Las Americas along the promenade and it took approx 45 minutes. The food in the pool bars at lunch is limited and not great quality so I would suggest using the main restaurant. The firework display on NYE was amazing . It was comedy value to watch some parents queuing for the pool to open to get their preferred sunbeds and then actually run when the ropes are removed. If you have booked this hotel then I am sure you will have a lovely holiday
