No Internett in room ! Room Nice new renovated. Coach no good.

I stayed here with some friends for a long weekend, when we arrived check in went smooth, we found our rooms and were pleasantly surprised by how big they were. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were very friendly. The pool areas were good and clean the pool itself looked a little tired and could do with a freshen up but it served its purpose. In the bungalow we had a kettle, toaster and cooker which we never used, and there was a vending machine and coffee vending machine in the reception area which I was grateful for every morning. We were self catering so didn't really eat here, there was one day we ordered chips from the snack bar and they were ok, but my friend got chicken nuggets and they arrived cold and werent the best. I would recommend it for anyone looking for somewhere to use as a base during their stay but not so much for anyone who wants the all inclusive kind of stay.

So we heard some bad reviews and some good ones well we can honestly say that we as a couple first time in Tenerife have had the best time , all the staff are amazing but one in particular guillermo behind the bar is such a lovely guy and made our holiday special . The apar**ent was basic but we don’t care because we were in a great location. We’ve had an amazing holiday our first holiday together and we loved everything about it . Thankyou for everything . We will be back

Booked this as I thought it was a bargain how wrong I was.On arrival was greeted with old style reception something from the 70s with laminate flooring that has seen better days. I told my wife don't judge a book by its cover Walking to the maze of apar**ents up steps and ramps and more ramps it looked very well maintained and ok 👍 how ever once opened door we thought bit grubby but ok as it was night time . In the morning, when we got up, we noticed dirty floors cupboards Walls. Bedroom door didnt close nor did wardrobes. The bathroomm was a modern type but poorly done with a loose, non matching shower head industrial toilet roll holder, and limescale around the toilet. The room needs total spring clean updating decoration new furniture . On the patio that was ok for 2, just very cramped over looking the pool, there was a grubby patio set on it and loud music not to everybody's test played all day at the pool. Clean towels and bins were emptied every three day's and beds made twice in a week, no floors were mopped or balcony brushed within the week we stayed. had to put up with black sand from somebody's towel shaking in above apar**ent. Apar**ent 154 you could hear the restaurant behind early getting ready for meals bashing and crashing about. Surprisingly enough, we thought the restaurant was ok, just average. All inclusive drinks were ok as well the usual. There was no aircon, even though a very small number of apar**ents have it. If you want a fan, you have to ask at reception why they can't leave one in the room who knows. This was a premium room. god helped people who booked a standard. Won't be returning too dated needs total refurbishment. Area brilliant great bars up round beach down road

Just returned from a 10 day stay with a family of 8, including grandparents etc. We arrived in the evening and we were seen to straight away and given our room keys etc, a quick and easy process. Me and my partner were above the rest and there was a little slope but nothing you couldn't handle. The hotel is very close to the beach around a 3-5 minute walk and also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Would defo recommend Charly's bar as they have an amazing English breakfast and also the dinner options are good too and the staff are very kind and funny. There are 3 pools however we only stayed around one as it was closest to our rooms, the pool was big enough and it was very nice and refreshing. On the 8'th day of our stay, i was going to have a shower and one of the pipes had broke so we had no water, i went straight to reception and they moved our room immediately and they gave us complimentary all inclusive. The food was good it is the basic that you get for all inclusive and the drinks are good, they provide cocktails, beer, soft drinks, tea and coke etc at the pool bar. I have seen some bad reviews and before i went and i was quite worried but i could not fault my stay at all. the only issues we had were that my mother in laws bathroom ceiling was leaking and water was dripping quite a lot on the floor and we reported it but it took them till the 2nd to last day to look at it so we could only fault that. Overall, i would defo recommend Check-in Bungalows for a stay and will be returning.

Going on the recommendation of my father in law we booked a week at this complex. Friendly staff on arrival, decent restaurant and good entertainment during the week. Room had a view of the street and mountains to the left, new bathroom, spacious living area with kitchen( went all inclusive but used the fridge to store drinks). Despite the gauntlet to get to the room which became easier as we found the shorter route, perfectly serviceable room as a base, short 5-10 min walk into Los Cristanos and the shops etc. We took part in several of the activities with water polo, darts, tennis, shuffle board and archery even winning at tennis and shuffle board with cava as prizes. The entertainment team worked hard to keep people entertained despite the searing heat, so well done to them. Will be going back next year, so thank you to everyone there. Brilliant family holiday! 3 month old, One year old, mum and dad. I cannot complain at all. Lovely staff, clean, amazing food, our room was upgraded we felt at home, entertainment was ok everything was really quiet by 11pm. We will definitely go back!

We read some bad reviews prior to coming to the resort and were nervous about what we had read. However we stayed here for 10 nights and had a wonderful holiday! Hotel location was perfect! A 5 minute walk to beach were there was plenty restraunts/pubs and beach activities too. We were all inclusive so ate and drank at the hotel majority of the time. The food was good quality, although not hundreds of options, the options provided were always of good standard. Bar and kitchen staff were always super helpful and up for a laugh, we were sad to be leaving them behind when going home!! Pool area was clean and life guard was super friendly and always went above and beyond for us. He spoke little English bus still somehow made us laugh daily. The entertainment team provide lots of activities during the day (darts, pool, bowls, basketball to name a few) which we always thoroughly enjoyed. The night time entertainment was always of good quality although my only negative was the evening entertainment would only be on for around an hour each night so was finished for 10/10:30 each night. There was an entertainment team member called Aada who we personally felt went that wee bit more above and beyond what was required. She was always trying to involve everyone and even those a little more shy, doing what she could to try get them involved. She made our stay!! As for the negatives, my only gripe was that the cleaner had only came to our room 2x our entire 10 night stay and rooms didn’t have a hairdryer or air con unit. We were able to hire a hairdryer and fan from reception but the fan doesn’t do much unless sat right beside it (which I had to do most nights when getting ready). Overall, we had a very positive stay and the staff definitely made the trip for us. We would definitely consider returning to Atlantida bungalows !

Nice place to stay, close to everything and 10 min walk to the beach, been going for the past 4 years. Was sad to find out Lotti was leaving as she was brilliant, probably won’t be going back now as Lotti has now left
