アルベルゴ ロソーヌ(Albergo Losone)

The hotel's staff excels expectations - the genuinely sweet staff at the reception (Luca, Leo and their female colleagues whose names I did not catch), the extremely capable head waiter and his always friendly, helpful and funny colleagues to the cleaners and the girls working at kids-club - each one of makes the hotel great. Compared to the big family hotels with tons of entertainment that you typically get in Austria, this is simple but it is so well thought through that our son (5 years) named it one of his faourites, and he has really been to almost all of them. It doesn't feel like a business, it feels like people who are happy to have you.

I had the luxury of staying here as part of a tour of Switzerland package. This was perhaps the nicest, most wonderful and friendliest hotel I've stayed in. I had a particularly torturous journey from Manchester, UK to Zurich then to Locarno, but my heart was immediately warmed by the wonderful staff. Seriously, the staff are so amazing. Then there's the wonderful menu as well. As an English-only-speaking-tourist (to which I apologise! I am sorry, you wonderful Europeans who can speak multiple languages!) I did not have a problem at all. Note that the menus are written only in Italian and German, but most phones can translate images these days (my iPhone can anyway). Molto bene!!

Wonderful place, very kind service and lots of activities for kids. The environment is beautiful with lots of exotic nature and flowers. The big highlight for kids was the room with the little house. Kids had a lot of fun and we will surely come back!

Sehr angenehmes hotel, schönes tropicales Gefühl, freundliches Personal, super Lage, Interessante Dinge im Hotel zu sehen, 2 Pools- warme Kinder und kaltere schwimmen Pool , Genug gratus Parkplätze, bequeme Bett und alles sauber 🙂 TOP

Tolles Hotel, sehr nette und engagierte Leute, unkomplizierte A**osphäre. Die Kinderbetreuung ist super und die Kinder fühlen sich sehr wohl dort. Essen ist auch sehr gut, einfach das Vegi-Angebot könnte noch etwas vielfältiger und kreativer sein. Auch bei den Antipasti wären mehr Vegi-Sachen toll, da das Salatbuffett recht durchschnittlich ist.

Unsere Kinder waren einmal mehr begeistert von den "Hüslizimmern" und haben viel Zeit damit verbracht, diese auszuschmücken. Die Umgebung des Hotels mit dem grossen Park und die Poolumgebung sind wundervoll. Besonders möchte ich auch die Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Personals. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen und dies hat bis zum Ende angehalten. Besten Dank an alle, die unseren Aufenthalt so schön gemacht haben.

wunderschönes Hotel an einmaliger ruhiger Lage, direkt an der Maggia. Sehr freundliches und herzliches Hotelteam, hervorragendes Essen. Hunde sind willkommen. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, relaxen und verwöhnt werden. Wir kommen mit Hund HUGO gerne Anfang Mai bereits zum 3. Mal dieses Jahr wieder!
