The house keeping staff were very loud. And the road next to the hotel is pretty busy with fire trucks with their sirens on at any time of the day and the night. Couldn’t sleep well.

The staff was extremely accommodating by allowing our team to meet in their large dining area for a team meeting late at night. They also allowed visiting teammates not staying at the hotel to have free parking during our meeting. It was amazing! Not Tracy and Jordan are to be commended for their over-the-top customer service!

I was very disappointed in this hotel, as I found my accommodations unclean and ill-equipped. When I arrived, the bathroom was not stocked with any shampoo or bath soap. Fortunately, when I made the front desk staff aware of this, they promptly delivered shower gel and shampoo to my room. I was ready to forgive that error, but then, later, when I pulled out an ottoman from below the table where it was stored, I discovered spilled peanuts and a dead bug on the floor. Gross! Had the room even been cleaned? However, by the time I discovered this, it was very late and I was too exhausted after having woken up at 4am for my flight to Louisville to bring yet another issue to the front desk's attention, and I decided that since I was only staying one night, I would just deal. After those 2 incidents I was in a foul mood and kept finding other disappoin**ents: only one side of the bed had a USB outlet to charge my phone, and, unfortunately, that was the side with the spilled peanuts and dead bug on the floor. The windows lacked acoustic insulation so I was continually woken by sirens, loud motors, and a helicopter over the course of the night (there is a hospital nearby, so sirens were rather frequent). There was no clock in the room. The sleep timer button on the remote did not work. All this to say that this hotel fell EXCEEDINGLY far below the standards I expect of a Hampton Inn. I recommend that you seek alternative lodging for your stay in Louisville.

Everything was awesome! From check in until check out I enjoyed every moment. The room was nice and clean, the staff was so nice and the complimentary breakfast was the best!

We experienced one major problem. We arrived late and had nothing to eat. We found some microwave dinners that could have solved the problem. Our biggest complaint was that there was no microwave oven in either of the two rooms we reserved, and we had to microwave the dinners in the lobby. One of the dinners took 5 minutes and then we had to carry it up to the fourth floor. Then we had another dinner and we had to return to the lobby for it and the last dinner. The packaging came loose and spilled hot fluid on my hand, shirt, and jeans on my way back to the fourth floor. Other than that, we could have rated it another star higher.

Front staff was very welcoming. Room was clean? Breakfast was hot and had a nice variety.

Room was outdated. Lights not working, no circulation in bathroom, mold in bathroom, dead cockroaches in light and on floor.

I will start by saying that the staff were very professional kind and attentive, but other than that I was very very disappointed. The room was clean but many broken and missing items/pieces. No clock like you would normally have in a room which no big deal we could use our phone but only thing about that is there were no outlets beside the bed. Only accessible outlets were across the room so checking time when needing to charge your phone or waking in the morning meant getting out of bed walking across the room and checking. The heater/ac unit was awfully noisy and didn’t push out cold air. My husband, going through chemo, gets extremely hot and needs cooler temps, especially at night, to get proper sleep. Then the noise was insane. I understand that they are on a busy ***** but I have stayed in hotels in Chicago and New York that were on busier roads that had less road noise than this location.

The two day stay at the Hampton Inn was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Big Parking lot if you bring your car. The Room was a comfortable size. Bathroom was fine too. Maybe in the future the hotel could update cause the hallway & room were a bit dated but outside of that stay was great. Also the complimentary breakfast was very well done. The area outside of hotel could seem run down but I had no trouble walking around . Always play it safe and walk in a group though. Thank you Hampton Inn.
