オテル エリアント(Hôtel Hélianthe)

I understand this hotel as 3 stars but I don't understand how the experience at the hotel was horrible the rooms were dirty. Rooms had carpets full of stains spider webs in ceilings water pipes exposed.

Excellent service, conveniently close to the grotto, good breakfast. Will always stay at this hotel when in Lourdes.

I understand that this hotel is not a 5-star hotel but I also don’t understand how they have a 3-star. The rooms were extremely dirty, with the carpet full of stains, water pipes in the bathroom exposed, and no safe to keep our personal items. The restaurant at the property had menus for the days we tried once and the food they faves was completely different from the menu. When we ask about it the answer we got it’s all we have. The inside of the building was in really bad condition. On the positive side, some of the staff was very friendly especially the lady in the reception. I won’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends or in general.

Location was great. On site parking is a real bonus. Friendly staff. Food and rooms were basic but better than most in this location

Comme chaque année depuis 2005, je viens en pèlerinage à Lourdes et je profite de l'accueil et des bonnes prestations de l'hôtel helianthe pour me reposer le soir. L'ambiance est chaleureuse, les repas de qualité et les chambres agréables. Merci Chantal et Claude ainsi qu'a tout le personnel. Thierry

Un grand merci à toute la famille Matocq et à l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel pour leur amabilité et disponibilité lors de notre séjour. Confort et nourriture au top. Et merci particulier de Mémé pour le prêt du fauteuil qui lui a permis de profiter pleinement du sanctuaire malgré ses 94 ans 💜 Hôtel avec parking et à 150 m du sanctuaire.

Pelerin sur la voie du Piemont Pyrénéen, j'ai trouvé dans cet hôtel le calme dans une chambre propre et confortable. Les patrons font un tarif aux pèlerins de passage. La 1/2 pensions est très bien. Excellent endroit pour se reposer 1 ou 2 jours et pour profiter de la grotte qui est juste à 3 minutes de marche.

L'hôtel est situé dans une rue à l'écart à 10 min à pieds de la grotte. Les aller retours sont fatiguant (pension complète). La chambre est plutôt confortable. Les couvre-lits lui donnent un aspect vieillot, ils sont tâchés. Le sèche cheveux est d'un autre temps ! Il y a une grosse araignée au plafond. Pour ce qui est de la restauration, c'est une déception. En résumé, je doute que les prestations soient dignes d'un 3 étoiles.
