위치도 적당하고 직원분도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다~ 단체손님이 있었지만 기도와 숙면에 방해를 받을 정도는 아니었습니다~

1st class service from Christine and her team at St George’s. We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years for family Lourdes trips, and this weekend stay, our first since 2019 was superb. Friendly and helpful at all times to our group of 10 plus a 2 yr old child. Rooms and food were great as was the staff, including Philippe the regular and reliable night porter.

Very well run by Christine and is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. Bedrooms very clean. Food and presentation of meals is excellent. The staff are efficient, friendly and very helpful. Access to Lourdes and grotto, very easy - 5 minute walk.

This is an excellent hotel. I have a disability and walk with a "Stroller" My room was excellent with plenty of room to move around and with a low floor shower. The staff in the restaurant were more than helpful in carrying my breakfast in the morning when it is "Self Service" And the other Staff were also very helpful and Christine is an excellent Host. I plan to travel to Lourdes again in 2024 and will be staying at this Hotel. David - Edinburgh, Scotland

The week at St George's Lourdes was super. The hotel was spotless, the staff were so helpful and access to the rest of Lourdes was easy by bus, on foot etc. The food was very good and almost too generous. The bathrooms were very clean and Christine has generated a friendly warm atmosphere in the hotel. Well done!

Visited as part of a group pilgrimage. It’s an ok Hotel. Rooms are clean, Food sometimes poor sometimes ok, never good. Lots of pastry and egg dishes. Eggs served for 2 courses in the same meal. The vegetarian in our group was served mainly egg and tomatoes at every meal. The soup starters were nice. Only one Lift, which was a problem with lots, of wheelchair users in the group. Limited communal space to sit so on our last day Our cases took up the whole bar area. Disappointed to be made to leave our rooms at 9.00 am to make way for new clients. Customer care wasn’t great apart from the bar man Phillips who went above and beyond to provide great service. The waiter in the restaurant shouted at people for sitting in the wrong place. Very rule based. He did calm down as the week went on.

Hôtel très bien sa fait plusieurs années qu'on va à cette hôtel avec une association personnelles très sympathique et les repas très bon et en plus il est bien situé près du sanctuaire et des boutiques, les chambres sont très bien avec douche à l'italienne où baignoire pour certaines chambres

A eviter tres tres bruyant , a fuire lorsqu il y a un bus d'Espagnols , les portes qui claquent , la machinerie de l'ascenceur , le bruit dans les chambre et les couloirs , impossible de dormir apres 5h 30 du matin car ils vont dejeuner et puis s'en vont !!!! A part cela belle chambre , spacieuse .

Personnel très disponible et aimable, engagé pour satisfaire au mieux la clientèle. Hôtel très propre, chambre agréable. Séjour parfait dans un hôtel idéalement situé avec un parking. Séjour en 1/2 pension, en couple. Je recommande ! Agnès L.
