First time staying at Country Suites and enjoyed it. Zack at the front desk is a great representative of the hotel. Would recommend and will stay again in the future.

Staff are always super friendly and helpful. This is truly the only place I will stay while in Lubbock. Keep being amazing!!!

Great stay. This place has always been clean when I stay. The rooms are comfortable and beds are nice.

I had surgery on a Wednesday and was staying in Lubbock until my follow up on Friday. I had to walk a lot, so I walked up and down the hallway on my floor. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. We had a flat on the car and one of the housekeepers put air the tire so we could get to a repair shop. The housekeeping manager check up on me daily, to make sure I didn’t need anything

The gentleman at the front desk from 3-11pm offered the best customer service I have ever experienced in my adult life. I'm sure that sounds like an exaggeration but he called on the night of my arrival to be sure I was still coming (I flew in late), was attentive the entire stay and by the time I left, I felt like I'd made a friend. Please treat him as well as he treats your patrons. As a business owner, I can tell you that he is an asset to this property. Best!

Everything except the room was excellent. In the room, it appeared to have been carelessly cleaned between guests. e.g., used washcloth (ewe) under the bathroom counter, trash can sitting on top of the toilet, no shampoo but two conditioners, etc. Leaves one wondering what else was not cleaned. Very nice hotel otherwise.

Great stay. I stay weekly at this hotel and the customer service can't be beat! Thanks for a comfortable stay, clean rooms, and good breakfast. It is my home away from home.

Very reasonably priced for a weekend stay. Indoor pool and hot tub was a bonus specially that they stay open until midnight.

I chose this hotel based on reviews. It's definitely not clean. Elevators are very dirty, breakfast area floors also dirty. I accidently spilled my tea and when cleaning it up notice the floors didn't look like they were mopped in quite some time-lots of dirt built up. Overall, it doesn't seem like there's much pride in cleanliness here. Rooms were decent but didn't get face wash clothes. Definitely should have paid a few more dollars to stay next door at the holiday inn.
