まともな場所です。少し古風。サービスは少しのんびりしています、特にバリスタは、おそらくトレーニングが不足しています（注文時に小さじ1杯を渡すのを忘れていました）受付係はいつも忙しく、電話に出ません。ダイニングスタッフはあまり気配りがありません。

私は単にリラックスした滞在をしました。ありがとうございました。

here during my board exam, and it was a great choice! The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for studying and getting a good night’s rest. The staff was also accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommended for those looking for a stress-free stay!

needs remodeling; the water pressure is so little /weak coming out of the shower head..sofas on the executive suite needs to be better than what they have…wifi is so slow….

I sincerely hope that the rooms in the accommodation will undergo necessary upgrades to enhance their comfort and functionality. Additionally, I would like to request that the issues concerning the water shower heating and water pressure be promptly addressed and resolved. Ensuring that these facilities are in proper working condition is crucial for the overall satisfaction and well-being of the guests.

The room is clean. Beddings are nice and comfy. I did not like the washroom near the pool and there is no shower room. But all in all, the hotel has a friendly ambience and the restaurants are nice too.

The room is big but the furniture is already old and have stain . Breakfast is just normal nothing special.

Love the stsff. Our room had a funny odmell and they quickly changed us to another room.

a good place to stay in the city of lucena

The hotel is near to the place of my brothers meeting. It has a huge parking lot, a pool and the room was clean. Staff was accommodating to our request. Kudos to you guys. We'll surely be back again. Thank you

Total disappointment. Nice hotel as in picture. Supposedly to be a great stay but upon arrival we were told room not available. Refund is one thing.. That's our $ But being stranded on arrival is another annoying issue.

The location is good. The room is clean. The buffet breakfast is also good. I booked 2 superior rooms for overnight stay on May 6 to 7. We encountered 2 incidents that happened when we were already on our deep sleep because we came from a long travel and was really tired, but was disturbed when a hotel staff knocked on our door at around 12:30 AM asking us if we ordered mineral water which we never did. And the other incident happened on the room of my brother wherein they were already sleeping but disturbed by a call from the reception around 1:00AM telling them if they are expecting a guests/visitors because there are visitors in the lobby but my brother didn't expect any guests . It was our first time to stay on this hotel and we were expecting a good and right service but unfortunately we experienced this kind of incidents. We also encountered problem on 1 superior room wherein TV is blurred and the aircon is not cold . They change the room to 1 single bed and just add a bed on the floor which for us is a downgrade.
